00:02Rule three.
00:04You're enjoying this.
00:06Maybe.
00:22Are you coming downstairs or are you planning to stare at him all night?
00:24I'm checking if he's late.
00:31Wow.
00:33That's it?
00:36I had a sentence, then you walked in.
00:40You were supposed to go with Cade.
00:42You decided that. I didn't.
00:43This is a family dinner.
00:45I know, sir. I'll be respectful.
00:47He says, sir. I like him.
00:49Drive carefully.
00:54Three rules.
00:55Don't take Cade's bait, don't argue with my dad, and tonight is not a date.
01:00Really? It doesn't count?
01:06Rule three.
01:09You're enjoying this.
01:11Maybe.
01:15Now drive.
01:17Still not a date?
01:24You brought him.
01:25Good eye.
01:26Why is he here?
01:28Ethan, right?
01:29Yes, sir.
01:29Welcome.
01:30Dad, first, fix what you did.
01:32Ethan, I lied. You didn't set me up. I'm sorry.
01:34That looked painful.
01:35And Maddie.
01:36I'm sorry I dragged you into it.
01:38Are you running a fever?
01:39Should we call a doctor?
01:41Fine. Then what is he to you?
01:43My date.
01:48Maddie and Cade used to share everything.
01:50He ate glue. I reported it.
01:52Strong start.
01:54Do club employees usually get invited to family dinners?
02:00Enough.
02:01Ethan is Maddie's guest.
02:04See?
02:05He's coming around.
02:06Ethan, stay for dessert.
02:08Thank you, sir.
02:10Thank you, sir.
02:14If Maddie and Cade were in this together, it wouldn't matter who speaks for them.
02:18But now you're negotiating terms with me because of some outsider?
02:21In business, there are no friends.
02:22Only interests.
02:23Old pal, show me your good faith.
02:25She's your daughter, not leverage.
02:27I wouldn't be so sure.
02:30Is Ethan just some tool you're using to get under my son's skin?
02:33Could be.
02:36Does Maddie know what you're doing?
02:37She doesn't need to.
02:38She doesn't need to.
02:42She doesn't need to.
02:46There you are.
02:47You vanished before dessert.
02:49That's serious.
02:49My dad made plans for me.
02:51Again.
02:52Talk or quiet?
02:54Quiet.
02:54Okay.
02:56Closer.
03:07Thanks for just being there.
03:09Anytime.
03:11Good night.
03:11Night.
03:19Hey, Dad.
03:20Maddie and Cade both want our foundation's money.
03:22You're joining the summer review team.
03:23I'm not picking a winner.
03:24You won't.
03:25The board will.
03:25I want your notes.
03:26You start Monday.
03:27Maddie can't know.
03:28Then tell her first.
03:29I'm picking a winner.
03:29I'm picking a winner.
03:29I'm picking a winner.
03:29I'm picking a winner.
03:30I'm picking a winner.
03:30I'm picking a winner.
03:30I'm picking a winner.
03:30You
