00:52He added that if a player is not technically strong or smart at Barcelona, they will quickly stand out and

01:04The England international also explained that only his former teammates in England seem to recognise his wider qualities and his

01:14Gordon said his move away from the Premier League was partly motivated by a desire to gain a different experience
