Human Resource Minister Datuk Seri R. Ramanan and Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail were among 767 recipients of awards and medals in conjunction with the 57th birthday of the Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad V, on Tuesday (Sept 29).
Ramanan and Saifuddin Nasution received the Ahli Yang Kehormat Yang Pertama (Seri Paduka) bagi Darjah Kebesaran Jiwa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (SJMK), which carries the title Datuk.
