00:01Hello friends! The offensive involving Duran strategic strike drones and Lancet loitering
00:06munitions remains intense. But the air defense units of the Omega Special Forces unit are doing
00:12their part, clearing threats from their sector of the front one target at a time. Unfortunately,
00:19the Russians have developed technology that allows them to see and assess the results of
00:23their strikes against targets in Kyiv in real time, as seen here when a GERON-5 drone
00:29strikes the INCOM Business Center building. It is very concerning, not only the impact of the
00:35attack drone, but also that a Gerbera observation drone can be patrolling over Kyiv in broad daylight.
00:42Four people lost their lives in the building as a result of the attack. This attack is part of a
00:47campaign against Ukraine's digital and telecommunications infrastructure, since
00:52according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Data Group's facilities processed and transmitted
00:57intelligence data for Ukrainian forces, and that Kosmonova supported mobile internet and Starlink
01:03services used by the armed forces of Ukraine. President Zelensky pointed out that the government
01:09decided to reinforce data center protection following a general staff meeting held on September 25th.
01:15On September 27th, a Russian drone damaged the headquarters of Kyivstar, Ukraine's largest mobile
01:21operator, but the company reported no casualties or disruptions to its network, which serves more
01:27than 21 million subscribers. Russia also claimed an attack against the Vodafone Ukraine data center.
01:34This campaign highlights a shift in strategy aimed at targeting the physical backbone of Ukrainian
01:40information networks, which rely on data centers that house civilian internet services, television
01:45broadcasting, and, according to Moscow, military communications. To date, Ukrainian operators have
01:53managed to maintain most services thanks to redundant systems based on foreign providers.
02:01While I was working on this video, it was reported that the invaders launched a second strike against the
02:06Dobrobud Medical Center building in central Kyiv, causing a fire on the building's upper floors.
02:13This is not a mistake, as in recent days the Russians have attacked multiple hospitals in various cities
02:19across the country. It seems to be a campaign to terrorize the most vulnerable in Ukrainian society.
02:30On the Kupiansk front, Ukrainian reconnaissance drones from the National Guard filmed Russian forces
02:36escorting a group of civilians that included children, the elderly, and a person on
02:41crutches into an out-of-service gas pipeline on September 27th. The footage shows how the group
02:47was led from the urban area of Kupiansk through the settlement of Holubivka and forced into the
02:53Shebelinka-Ostrogosk gas pipeline, which is a route Russian units have used to safely send
02:58reinforcements into the city. The Second Corps noted that military-aged men dressed in civilian clothes
03:04were walking alongside the civilians. The men were likely Russian soldiers who had taken off their
03:10uniforms to blend in and avoid being attacked during the retreat as Ukrainian forces advanced in the
03:16area. The defenders watching the movement did not open fire due to the presence of children and the
03:22elderly. The section of the pipeline accessed by the group of civilians is described as a large
03:27diameter pipeline stretching over 10 kilometers in length, which is frequently used by Russian sabotage
03:33and assault teams advancing toward Kupiansk, which is why its exit is constantly monitored by Ukrainian
03:39forces operating in the area. The pipeline emerges into a forested area behind Ivan, from where the
03:46civilians would presumably be transferred to occupied territory. The same statement noted that Russian
03:52personnel filmed the civilians throughout the entire journey. Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs,
03:57Andriy Sibya, stated that this episode of terrorism demonstrated how civilians were used as instruments of war
04:02and were forced to head to occupied territory under threat. He described these actions as
04:07serious violations of international humanitarian law, which require documentation and investigation,
04:13and which will demand that those responsible be held accountable. The pro-Russian mail bloggers have
04:18come out claiming that their soldiers were evacuating civilians, which is unlikely, as an evacuation is
04:23not conducted through military routes. On the contrary, it is done openly and with white flags, since the
04:29Russians know that the displaced defenders would never shoot at their own compatriots.
04:37On the strategic strike front, during the night of September 24-25, the defenders' unmanned systems forces
04:44launched attacks against three targets, including the Lukoil oil refinery in the Ural city of Perm, causing
04:51explosions and fires at the facilities that generated dense plumes of black smoke. Sources in the Russian oil
04:57sector confirmed that the plant, which is Russia's seventh-largest refinery, had to completely shut
05:03down its operations after sustaining damage to pipelines, storage tanks, and processing units.
05:08The refinery, located more than 1,400 kilometers from the Ukrainian border, processes approximately 12.6
05:15million tons of crude oil per year, and it's a key producer of diesel and gasoline for the invading
05:20army and the civilian market of Federation Z. President Zelensky confirmed that it was part
05:26of a coordinated multi-strike operation launched in response to Russia's brutal attacks on the Ukrainian
05:31civilian population. He stated that last night, thanks to our long-range capabilities, two oil refineries were
05:39hit, the ones in Perm and Novoshaktinsk. Defense plant Iskra in Yulianovsk was also hit. This last attack
05:49is of great technical relevance, as the plant, located about 800 kilometers from the Ukrainian border,
05:55belongs to the Almaz Antey Aerospace Defense Concern, and it manufactures specialized semiconductor
06:01components used in Russian precision munitions and air defense systems.
06:07Eyewitness videos showed a dense plume of smoke rising over the plant, in addition to multiple
06:12successive strikes, which, according to some reports, numbered more than 10, the strike against
06:17Iskra is of particular strategic importance. Unlike more easily replaceable products, specialized
06:24semiconductor and microwave components intended for guidance systems, radars, and communications
06:29cannot be quickly replaced through the gray market or simple parts smuggling.
06:34The disruption of operations at a plant that covers virtually the entire design and production
06:40cycle for these components impacts Russia's ability to manufacture new cruise missiles and
06:45Pantsir air defense systems. The type
06:52This incident marks at least the fifth documented attack against the Perm refinery in 2026. Previous attacks,
06:59which occurred in July and August, had already forced the temporary shutdown of the main crude
07:04distillation units. The Novoshaktinsk refinery in the Rostov region also halted its operations after being
07:11struck in the same wave of attacks. Altogether, both plants represent a significant portion of Russia's diesel production.
07:22To finish, an unusual view of the Ukrainian attack mosquito farm, where their operators keep them covered from bad weather
07:30and keep them well fed on a balanced diet of wheat grains and lithium batteries until they are ready to
07:36leave the aviary to hunt down some illegal tourists.
