00:37they will be forced to remember that the dignity of people is inviolable,
00:42as well as their bodies, that impunity can be defeated,
00:45arbitrariness can find a barrier in democracies.
00:49Now our government will also have to take note of this,
00:53claim damages as requested by the State Attorney's Office
00:56and break off relations with a country that, far from being safe,
01:01tortures and kills even citizens of so-called friendly states.
