00:12The report demonstrates that Kosova has a stable and self-correcting electoral system,
00:17and this means that Kosova has reached such a level of democratic maturity and electoral
00:22culture that it stands as an example for other democracies in the region and beyond.
00:27It is undeniable that Kosova is facing a political crisis over the election of the President.
00:32This should be viewed in the context of certain constitutional anomalies, some of which also
00:37stem from the Akhtisari plan.
00:39What is important, however, is that dialogue or the political dialogue continues to take
00:44place within democratic boundaries where there is no place for violence.
00:49Our institutions made every effort to ensure an inclusive process, especially for non-majority
00:54communities.
00:55We proudly witnessed a high tyranny by the Serbian community, despite pressure and intimidation
01:01toward them by Lista Srpska and Serbia.
01:04That Serbia, which continues to preserve an ideological continuity with its inglorious and dark past,
01:12while human remains and mass graves resulting from crimes committed by Serbia continue to be
01:17discovered in Kosova.
01:18Even today, Serbia continues to glorify criminals convicted of genocide, to shelter terrorists,
01:25to employ warmongering rhetoric, including calls for the ethnic cleansing of Kosova.
01:29Regarding the recent convictions by the Kosova Specialist Chambers mentioned in the report,
01:35it should be emphasized that the central allegations of the Dick Martis report have not been substantiated.
01:42There were no crimes against humanity, no organ trafficking, and no yellow house.
01:47After, as for the remaining charges, we firmly believe that the appeals panel will overturn
01:53them if it rigorously applies the international standards of justice and the four KLA leaders will finally be free.
02:01KLA emerged as a response to decades of oppression and waged a just war to free the people of Kosova
02:09from Milosevic dictatorial Serbia,
02:12which was the very source of terror and bloody wars throughout former Yugoslavia.
02:18Therefore, Europe must remain vigilant to not allow the barbarity of 90s to be repeated,
02:25by permitting the historical truth to be distorted or overturned.
