00:09At the very least, they need a big points deduction to show that the Premier League and the FA mean

00:19But secondly, they're a very wealthy club and they've made a great deal of money out of their success based
00:26on players they signed during the time that they've been under investigation.
00:31At the very least, we need something like millions being now taken from Manchester City, not paid to the football
00:41authorities or the Football Association,
00:43but paid instead to rejuvenate grassroots football all over the country.
00:49Let's put the money where it's needed for local football, for local clubs that are so struggling and to rehabilitate
00:56those pitches that are often in such a disgraceful condition.
00:59Football should be for everybody. Let's make that happen.
