Ferrari reviews get loud, detailed, and a little ridiculous as three very different supercars steal the spotlight: the 812 Competizione, the F430 Scuderia, and the F12 TDF. From a 6.5L naturally aspirated V12 revving to 9,250 RPM to a straight-piped V8 Scud, and then a 770-horsepower V12 grand tourer with serious downforce, this is a deep dive into what makes each Ferrari feel special.

The walkthrough focuses on the wild details that enthusiasts love: carbon fiber everywhere, aggressive ventilation, passenger displays, steering-wheel controls, tiny shifters, and those signature Italian design touches. You get close looks at the exterior aero, the interiors, the startup moments, and the contrast between older analog-feeling Ferraris and newer hybrid-era performance cars.

It is part supercar review, part car spotting commentary, and part Ferrari comparison for anyone who enjoys exotic cars, automotive walkthroughs, and performance car details. The result is a fast-paced look at some of the best Ferraris reviewed in 2023, with plenty of V12 sound, carbon fiber, and track-focused styling.

Perfect for fans searching for Ferrari review, supercar review, exotic car walkthrough, Ferrari 812 Competizione, F430 Scuderia, F12 TDF, V12 sound, and automotive commentary. A strong fit for luxury car fans, car spotting viewers, and anyone looking for detailed Ferrari performance and design coverage.

00:00Let's have a look at the 2022 Ferrari 812 comp. Starting off up front, you have a silver painted
00:05racing stripe and a carbon fiber unibrow. Under the hood, you have a six and a half liter naturally
00:09aspirated V12 that's going to rev up to 9,250 RPM. That's a lot of RPM. The signatures you'll
00:15see right in front of the engine are from everybody who's involved in making this absolute masterpiece
00:20and it's a $15,000 option. Folks, around back, your rear glass has been replaced. So now you
00:25have these carbon fiber winglets and a rear view camera to help you see better. You have a ducktail
00:29spoiler that's so big, it's going to cover part of your taillights. Third, have you ever
00:33seen ventilation this aggressive? And lastly, you have this massive carbon fiber diffuser
00:37and your circular exhausts have been replaced with rectangular ones. A little shape shifting
00:40on the 812 comp. Onto the interior, you have these gray Alcantara bucket seats, a passenger
00:45display, this mesh material all throughout the car. Not two cup holders, but one cup holder.
00:50And these paddle shifters are quite literally a foot long and carbon fiber. You also have
00:53these dainty little buttons that Ferrari's been applying. This is the action of putting the
00:57car into gear. Whoa. But ladies and gentlemen, the moment you've heavily anticipated the start
01:01up of an 812 comp. That is insane. Next to me is a 2009 Ferrari F430 Scud. And today I'm
01:13going to
01:13show you why I'd take it over any new Ferrari. Folks, not quite a carbon fiber front lip, but more
01:17of
01:17a carbon fiber mustache. I mean, how elegant an Italian is that? You're not getting that on your 296.
01:22Look at the sun on the carbon fiber mirror. But not only does it have a carbon fiber mirror,
01:26folks. Carbon fiber mirror holder. Is that what you call it? Folks, next up, you're not seeing
01:29stripes like this on your new Ferrari. You probably are. It's most certainly an option. But they're
01:33much better on this car. It's a Scud. Arguably the most important feature, the gas cap. You're
01:37definitely not getting a gas cap on your new Ferrari. Or you're getting a gas cap on one side
01:41and an electric cap on the other. Well, that hibertation and such. Folks, the F430 Scud might
01:45have the most engine visibility out of any Ferrari. Look how visible. You could probably work on this
01:50car if you wanted to. Nobody's working on their Ferrari. Take it to the shop. Close up the bonnet.
01:54Easy. Let's hop inside. Carbon fiber seat adjustation. Not everything needs to be in
01:58carbon fiber, Ferrari. It's going to be okay. It's plenty light. Carbon fiber door, reducing
02:02weight. Shift indicator on the steering wheel, indicating shifts. Fire extinguisher, extinguishing
02:07fires. Hopefully. And the infotainment system is not infotaining. But thank God it's straight
02:12piped.
02:19Let's have a look at the 2017 Ferrari F12 TDF. You're probably wondering what TDF stands
02:24for. And it's not this, that Ferrari. It's Tour de France. On an Italian car. Leaders, 6.3.
02:29Cylinders, 12. Aspiration, natural. This 770 horsepower, 6.3 liter V12 is going to send
02:35you 0-60 in 2.9 seconds. It's also over a million dollars. This car has 87% more downforce
02:41than your grandma's F12. You have about 75% of a front lip, hood ventilation, fender ventilation,
02:47massive carbon fiber side skirt, whatever this thing is. Fishkill like rear fender ventilation,
02:51integrated lip spoiler, and this carbon fiber diffuser. Over to the back you have this carbon
02:54fiber stripe, your Italian flag of course, and these massive exhaust tips. Fist size of course.
02:59The interior of an F12 TDF is comprised of two materials. One, Alcantara. Two, carbon fiber.
03:03Alcantara seats, center console, floor mats, dashboard, glove box. Alcantara headliner,
03:07and sun visor. Folks, a passenger display. This is 2017. It's advanced tech. We also spend five
03:13minutes trying to figure out what we would call this. Maybe an art piece. You have a carbon fiber
03:17door shift indicator on the top of your steering wheel, which is going to let you know when you've
03:20reached the 8,900 RPM red line, but your passenger already knew that. They have the passenger display.
03:25You also have these appropriate size carbon fiber paddle shifters. And if you were wondering where your
03:28horn is, thank God we have opposable thumbs. You're probably also wondering where you would find the
03:32turn signals. They're on the steering wheel as well. Everything's on the steering wheel,
03:35including your drive mode selector and your start stop button. I wonder what that does.
03:44Let's have a look at the 2023 Ferrari 296 GTB. Under the hood, you have a trunk with an aluminum
03:50spec sheet of all your options. You also have a latch with a perfect diagram of how to get out
03:55of the
03:55trunk in case you get stuck in the front of your 296 GTB. Around back, you're going to find a
03:59twin turbo
04:002.9 liter, six cylinder hybrid. That's going to make 819 horsepower. And yes, you can drive it in
04:06the HOV lane. While we're around back, let's talk about this absolutely massive diffuser, this full
04:11mesh cutout, center exit exhaust, and these beautiful integrated taillights. Folks, this is not the
04:16spoiler. This is the spoiler. It deploys under heavy braking, like the LaFerrari. Let's talk ventilation.
04:22You have headlight ventilation, bumper ventilation, fender ventilation, roof ventilation, and rear
04:26ventilation. That's a lot of ventilation. Folks, take a look at this key. It's the Ferrari logo,
04:30and it fits perfectly in your center console. You have a full passenger display, these very stiff
04:34but cool carbon fiber bucket seats, the smallest shifter I've ever seen in a Ferrari, and electronic
04:39door buttons. But the driver's side is the most exciting part of this car. While the car is turned
04:43off, the steering wheel might look a little blank, but once it's on, you can control almost anything
04:47with it. You also have a full digital display with two smaller displays on the side to control things
04:51like your mirrors and climate control. Also, we're very pleased to see automatic seat controls,
04:56at least partially. Sean said this six-cylinder sounds like a V12, so naturally, we have to test
05:01that theory.
