00:0014 of 14, it just felt like you guys were moving the ball kind of how you wanted to all
00:05day.
00:05What were your thoughts taking the field ahead of that final series knowing you needed three to tie, seven to
00:10win?
00:11We had the most confidence that we was going to go down and, you know, put points on board, come
00:15out with a touchdown.
00:16But, you know, it's football, man. Things happen. And unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
00:20The O-line will take this one hard, but how do you think they protected all day?
00:25How many yards you'll throw for?
00:26A ton.
00:26All right. I think they did pretty damn good. Obviously, you know, like I said, man, it's football.
00:33You know, sometimes players fuck up, too. So, you know, it's just a few times where they got back there
00:38and made a play.
00:39You know, it's just this ball.
00:41Does anyone feel self-inflicted that it was your own team mistakes that cost you a chance?
00:47Yeah, for sure, man. You know, all sides of the ball, offense, special teams, and defense, we all had mistakes.
00:53And we can't have that. We got to play a complete game to beat a team like that.
00:56So, you all had a chance to build some real momentum at the start of the year. How frustrating is
00:59that?
00:59Y'all had a chance to build a lot of momentum. How frustrating is that to kind of let that
01:03slip away?
01:04It's very frustrating, obviously. You know, once we, you know, take the lead like that, man, we got to keep
01:09it going.
01:10Obviously, the special teams play backfired on us a little bit. But, you know, I'm not pointing no fingers.
01:15We don't do that. We build each other up. And it's a long season, man. You know, this game is
01:22not going to define who we are.
01:24You know what I'm saying? So.
01:25The self-inflicted mistakes, does it make it hurt worse? Is it the same?
01:30I mean, yeah. Definitely hurt worse because there's things that we did that we could have avoided. You know what
01:36I mean?
01:36So, yeah, definitely.
01:37The playmaking's been exceptional. Can you walk us through your catch for the touchdown?
01:42You know, that's just now giving this boy, you know, a chance. And they drafted me here to make plays
01:48like that. So, that's what I do.
01:49It looked like you were able to use your body to kind of box them out and then have that
01:53space in the end zone. Is that how you felt it?
01:56Yeah, man. You know, it was a high ball. So, I just tried to use my size and, you know,
02:01my basketball background right there. You know, use a little box-out technique. And it worked out.
02:05So, how do you think this team will bounce back next week, team?
02:09I feel like we'll bounce back. You know, it starts Monday in film review, owning up to our mistakes. And
02:15then Tuesday, having that day off. And then come back Wednesday, you know, and then lock in. You know what
02:19I'm saying?
02:19What did you make of the physicality in this one, AFC North rivalry? Did it seem like they may have
02:23had a little bit more juice in this one?
02:26It's always pretty physical in this game. You know, and that's things we look forward to. And, you know, we
02:32just got the short end of the stick.
