00:32Under the proposal, Washington would first have to implement a series of measures during the initial five days.
00:37If those conditions are met, Arakshi said the strait would be reopened on the sixth day,
00:42restoring normal ride-time traffic through the key waterway.
00:45For now, however, Trump's rejection leaves the Iranian proposal without an agreement from Washington.
