**Dua Before Wudu | Bismillah Before Ablution | Hisn al-Muslim 12**
Before beginning **Wudu (ablution)**, remember Allah by saying:
### بِسْمِ الله
**Bismillāh**
**“In the Name of Allah.”**
This short remembrance is a beautiful way to begin the act of purification while keeping the name of Allah on our tongues and in our hearts.
Wudu is an important part of preparing for Salah, and learning the Sunnah practices connected with it helps us approach our worship with greater awareness.
