Elena is an ordinary woman willing to sacrifice everything for Arthur, the officer she loves. To help him rise through the ranks, she makes a dangerous bargain with the Abyss demon Damon and pays an unimaginable price: her body changes dramatically, leaving her nearly 200 pounds heavier.
Arthur gets exactly what he wanted. Instead of thanking Elena, he abandons her for the wealthy noblewoman Victoria. The betrayal becomes even more brutal when Victoria pushes Elena from a raised platform and leaves her to die.
But Damon refuses to let Elena’s story end there.
He saves her life and gives her the key to the mysterious Abyss Vault, an endless fortune with one extraordinary rule: the more gold Elena spends, the weaker her curse becomes. With every purchase, she regains her former appearance while gaining wealth powerful enough to shake the entire capital.
Elena returns transformed, not simply as the woman Arthur discarded, but as one of the richest women in the kingdom. Now the nobles who mocked her want her favor, her enemies fear her fortune, and the man who betrayed her is forced to watch as the woman he threw away rises far beyond his reach.
A satisfying fantasy revenge drama filled with betrayal, magical transformation, glow-up, unlimited wealth, demon contracts, female comeback, karma, and an ex who realizes far too late what he lost.
