Chihuahua Leads Nan On A Wild Chase

Some household moments have a way of turning into an unexpected sprint.

In the clip, a small chihuahua darts across the room as an older woman runs after him, trying to keep up while he stays just out of reach.

“My 5-month-old chihuahua grabbed my nan’s nail file and then her nail clippers off the table and ran off with them. My nan spent over a minute chasing him around trying to get them back, while he clearly thought it was a game. My nan is 80 years old," the filmer, Lacey, told WooGlobe.

The quick back-and-forth continues as the dog weaves ahead and the chase carries on around the space.

With the dog setting the pace, the scene lands as a light, everyday standoff between determination and a very small getaway. It’s the kind of brief commotion that leaves a room feeling a little more lively than it started.
