00:42and speak on such an occasion in which i sincerely believe that the values for humanity the council
00:55they will just express these are not just the basics for the governance rather i would say
01:03that these freedoms are the foundation for being a good human being freedom of expression
01:12undoubtedly freedom of creation undoubtedly having a free will that's the most important
01:19and united states over the period of these last two and a half centuries
01:26has practiced that and set certain standards and those standards
01:33are actually seen in the way the government has made the government functions
01:39and the values which are set as a as these bells of liberty this clearly signifies that
01:48and i must say that that after the world war ii the peace of the world actually relies upon these
01:57standards which have been set these are not just the standards for united states these freedoms
02:03these standards these standards are actually for everybody who wants a peaceful globe those who want certain values and norms
02:13those who want that nations should interact with each other on certain principles those guide us in a way that
02:23equality is ensured ladies and gentlemen i indeed take a great pleasure in telling you a little story on a

02:43reforming somebody's total view about what governance is so i believe in that basic principle of adhering to the constitutionalism
02:54adhering to the freedoms abiding by the set rules which the forefathers

03:14on this on this day of 250 years of their freedom and signing that paper in which the united states
03:23was actually created by that signing of that document i i believe that it's a very fair position which one
03:35can take that the liberty is the basic characteristic of the united states total component
03:42and this liberty and this liberty which is about everything it is about freedom to think freedom to create freedom
03:52to actually share those ideas with the world it has actually transformed it transformed the world in a large way
04:03i won't be on the repetitive course as what the council said that what happened in science i believe that
04:11this philosophy of freedom is actually a basic line for a living human being
04:18this freedom is the core idea and i congratulate you excellency of arranging such a beautiful event it is your
04:28diplomatic skill for engaging such large numbers to this beautiful event and we keep on watching your activity and coming
