00:00Who is your favorite character in Naruto and Boruto combined?
00:04Actually, I'm very curious, so tell me in the comments right now.
00:07I'm going to respond to all the comments and we'll see who the character is who
00:11stands out the most.
00:12I hope it's not the Hitachi, the Madara and all that, it's too easy, too classic, we've got them
00:16sees a little bit everywhere.
00:17Surprise me a little here, who is the character who makes you feel alive?
00:19When I was a teenager, I was into Sasuke Uchiha, crazy writing, completely insane development.
00:25No offense, stormy as it may be, Sasuke was incredible.
00:28But for several years now, in reality, my taste has been Shikamaru Nara, he's perfect, that guy.
00:34Actually, if you're talking to me about character evolution and character development,
00:38Shikamaru is, in my opinion, the best character in the Naruto manga.
00:41He starts out as a huge, jaded, tired, and misogynistic person.
00:45Yes, don't forget that Shikamaru was a fucking misogynist, it's horrible.
00:50Then, he shows a genius face that's just lazy.
00:53Konoha's superiors notice him, and Kakashi even goes so far as to give him a higher-ranking mission to
00:58the protection of Konoha.
00:59And in this same mission, he does not hesitate to give his life.
01:03Well, he's saved by Asuma Sarutobi, but in his mind, Shikamaru was ready to give his life for a
01:08mission and for Konoha.
01:09But the guy is a huge slacker.
01:11There's already a contrast there, it's incredible.
01:13He will be there at every important stage of the manga, the only one to become Chunin, then to lead a team of
01:18'elite to bring Sasuke back.'
01:19And with him, we discover the failure of a mission and the responsibilities that come with it.
01:24Something that no genin discovered at that time, or at least not to that extent.
01:28So yes, Shuji, Neji, Kiba and Naruto also fail.
01:31But he has already failed to bring back a friend, and on top of that, he is failing as a mission superior.
01:37So basically, he suffers a double defeat.
01:39That's really cool.
01:39He then became Jonin, in charge of examinations with other countries.
01:43He works with Tsuna, loses his master first, confronts Katsuki head-on, and kills an immortal guy.
01:50We discover grief and, above all, the process of getting back up after all that.
01:53And all of this, again, was before Jiraiya and Naruto.
01:57We discovered that feeling thanks to him.
02:00He becomes the person in charge of protecting Kurenai and Mirai Sarutobi.
02:05He helps Naruto get back on his feet after Jiraiya's death.
02:08He leads the Shinobi alliance to victory after the death of his father.
02:12This time, he becomes Kakashi's right-hand man and then Naruto Uzumaki's.
02:16In one of the Naruto novels, he even takes the Kage council hostage.
02:21He takes all the other Kage hostage and threatens them to force a decision in his favor.
02:26of him and Konoha.
02:27And above all, that he saves the world.
02:29So it's a bit of a double-edged sword, I'll talk about it one day in a video.
02:31Shikamaru almost started a war and broke the alliance.
02:35And at the same time, he saved the world.
02:37It's very technical, but I'll talk about it in a video very soon.
02:39It was incredible.
02:40He guides Naruto and advises him.
02:42And most importantly, he too becomes Okage after the disappearance of the high priest, the Nana Daime.
02:47Even today, he fights for Konoha.
02:49He is ready to give his life at any moment.
02:52He is fighting on all fronts.
02:53And to think that originally, Shikamaru was a fucking lazybones who just wanted to watch the clouds go by.
