00:23The manifesto of this forum speaks of Chi recovery, a process of renewal in which Ukrainian women are not seen
00:36merely as beneficiaries of aid, but as protagonists of the political, social and economic reconstruction of the country.
00:49And it's true, we must not just rebuild for Ukrainian women, we must rebuild with Ukrainian women.
01:01We must ensure that the reconstruction becomes an extraordinary opportunity for economic empowerment and political participation.
01:14And this is the deepest meaning of European solidarity.
01:21And to make this happen, we need a much stronger partnership between European institutions, of course, governments, businesses, and the
01:34financial sector and civil society.
01:37The programme of today's forum places precisely this challenge at the centre.
01:44Investment, economy, infrastructure, energy, the green transition, logistic, agri-food, and innovation.
01:52These are certainly economic sectors, but they are also the tools through which we can build peace.
02:03And that is why I believe Europe must look at the reconstruction of Ukraine, not simply as a chapter that
02:14we come after the war,
02:17but as one of the great strategic policies of the coming years.
02:24A policy in which women are not a quota, a category, or a footnote.
02:32A policy in which they must be protagonists.
02:35Both subjects, it needs to be refined沖 and we can pickское feedback.

02:40And Europe must respond with all its political strength, its financial capacity, its innovation, its businesses,
02:51its university and above all, its ability to build alliances.
02:58And we have the duty to build networks that do not simply help Ukraine survive, but we help Ukrainian women
