"TODAY THE GOVERNMENT IS KEEPING ITS WORD,"
House Majority Leader Ilocos Norte 1st district Rep. Sandro Marcos said that the government is keeping its word on its commitment to State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), as the presidential son joined fellow government officials and campus leaders on Thursday, Sept. 24, in affirming the settlement of validated funding shortfalls for free higher education.
The event--which featured the symbolic turnover of funding for SUCs across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao--came with a commitment from government to settle such funding deficiencies.
