00:06The infection can cause meningitis and blood poisoning and may lead to hearing loss,
00:11brain damage or amputations. It can spread through close contact, including kissing,
00:17sharing drinks or vapes and living in shared accommodation. The NHS says first-time university
00:23undergraduates born on or after the 21st of July 2001 can qualify, including international students.
00:30Two doses are needed at least 28 days apart. The programme is time-limited with first doses
00:37available until the end of December. Students can book through the NHS or find a participating pharmacy.
