00:00The United Nations is one of the spaces where these decisions are made at the highest level.
00:06And the UN doesn't always do it well.
00:09Of course, I myself on several occasions have called out the contradictions and lackings of this body.
00:15However, with the same belief, I must call out the fact that the majority of the voices that today insist
00:20on criticising the United Nations are not describing its failure.
00:24What they're doing is trying to cause its failure.
00:28And I must also say that multilateralism is the best tool that humanity has to manage its diversity and its
00:37interdependence, especially in globalised and multipolar worlds like the world we're living in today.
00:44And this is why what we need to do is ramp up our trust in this organisation.
00:50We must renew it and strengthen it so that this century, it can play the same key role that it
00:57played last century.
00:59And doing this will not be easy.
