00:24However, my country, Spain, will not do this and a Spanish city like Ceuta won't do it either because their
00:32citizens are showing that we can tackle a crisis
00:35without compromising on decency, upholding the law and respecting human rights.
00:41And we'll come out of this stronger precisely for this reason, because Spain does not choose the easy route.
