00:30Hu confirmed that the incident was captured on closed-circuit television and the victim's friend lodged a police report leading
00:37to the suspect's arrest on the same day.
00:39He said the suspect did not admit to pushing the woman into the drain and could not provide a reasonable
00:45explanation for her actions.
00:47The suspect also did not know the victim.
00:50Police have ordered the suspect to undergo psychiatric assessment and treatment.
