A Sita Air Dornier 228 lost its rear-right wheel while landing at Juphal Airport in Dolpa, Nepal, at around 8:25 a.m. on September 24. The aircraft remained on the runway, temporarily disrupting airport operations.
All 13 passengers and 3 crew members were reported safe, including seven foreign passengers, with no injuries reported. Technical teams are being sent to inspect and repair the aircraft.
