00:13and the confrontation with the United States of America.
00:18And another one came from the fierceness of nature, the double earthquake of June 24th.
00:25Despite these important blows of life, as Cesar Vallejo, a poet, will say,
00:32for Venezuelans, today Venezuela is reborn.
00:37And she is reborn through the attitude that the people have assumed in these moments,
00:46the rebirth of a political relation based on diplomacy and dialogue.
00:51That's why we, Venezuela, wants, with the United States and all our neighbors
00:56and all the countries of our continent and the international community,
01:00we want to rebuild and have relations based on cooperation, respect, and equal ground.

01:15I would like to thank President Trump and his government for his disposition
01:19to having diplomatic and cooperation relationships with Venezuela.
01:24The last time that two presidents from the United States and Venezuela met was in 2009.
