00:22I know this is a shared challenge, so we are going to use our experience in the UK
00:28and the fact that we have already been through this shock, starting ten years ago, to help other countries.
00:36We have already supported Moldova to protect its elections from Russian interference.
00:42As more elections approach across Europe, more nations are grappling with these issues, some for the first time.
00:49So we are ready to share our understanding of how these actors work and how we can respond,
00:54because this is a vital task for our collective security and resilience.
