01:22and communist networks here in the United States.
01:25As our State Department has detailed, they've cultivated ties to subversive and radical groups,
01:32such as the Communist Party USA, Antifa, and the Democrat Socialists of America.
01:39Communism will never be coming to America, but freedom will be coming to Cuba,
01:44and safety and security will be coming to Mexico.
01:48I'm very proud to tell you we have a very good relationship with the Mexican government.
01:52We've made great strides, very great strides with Mexico.
01:56They don't want the cartels either.
01:59And when that day comes, this entire region will be a better, safer,
02:03and more beautiful place in which to live and thrive.
02:06As I announced just days ago, the United States has also reached an unprecedented agreement
02:14regarding the northern frontier of North America,
02:17the large and strategically vital piece of land known as Greenland.
02:22This agreement made with the Kingdom of Denmark, an incredible, beautiful country,
02:27and the Greenland people itself gives the United States permanent control over security
02:34and all other needs on that territory.
02:36We will have the complete ability to do what is necessary to defend the American continent
02:43and also Europe and other places.
02:46No U.S. adversary will ever be permitted to establish a military presence in Greenland anymore,
02:53or make sensitive investments there without our express written approval.
02:56We will immediately begin the process of developing a large military presence in the appropriate locations.

03:09This agreement will be signed later today, and I look forward to working with the wonderful people of Denmark and

05:35We cut the UN budget for the first time ever, slashing it by 15% in 2026 that eliminated more
05:43than 4,000 positions from the UN bureaucracy.
05:46The United Nations has great, great potential. I've said that for many years.
05:51But it must stop imposing the far-left agenda of globalist bureaucrats who nobody ever elected.
05:59Last year, my administration was forced to intervene to stop an obscure UN body, the International Maritime Organization,
06:07from secretly establishing a first-ever global carbon tax, a very expensive tax, to raise international shipping costs by 10

12:54As we gather in this same city two and a half centuries later to discuss the great events of our

13:02that is the challenge for every nation in this room.
13:07If we go forward strong and united against the enemies of all humanity,
13:13if we reject the voices who would have us give in to fear and doubt,
13:18if we refuse to shrink from our duties to our people,
13:23then together, through bold action, we will make this world far safer and a far better place.
