00:20Councillor Paul Hughes expressed concern that the scheme sacrifices agricultural soil,

00:32Planning Officer Emma Hardy said the site is classified as Greybelt,
00:36meets housing need and will include affordable homes, allotments, new woodland
00:41and a £4.5 million infrastructure contribution.
