Niña captured an incredible moment featuring Heyhey, a cat who displayed the universal power of maternal affection across species. After recently giving birth to a litter of kittens, Heyhey's instincts were drawn to an unusual sound — that of a duckling in need. Niña shared that she and her partner chose to rescue the frailest duckling, ultimately bringing home two. Sadly, one duckling did not survive, but the other is thriving and growing stronger each day. Each time the duckling made a sound, Heyhey would gently transport it to her box of kittens.
