The video from Phillip B's surveillance system shows a pet cockatiel landing on his vehicle. Phillip recounted, "I had just returned from a road trip and was chatting with my mother outside when the bird chose my car as its perch. It was clearly a pet. I approached it, and it comfortably perched on my hand. My neighbor helped locate its owner while I watched over it, discovering it had been missing for several days."
