This man planned a special proposal for his girlfriend involving a trained parrot named Carlos, who had been taught for about a month to pick the card containing the proposal message. During the surprise, Carlos presented the card to his girlfriend, and their friends, who had secretly traveled from various cities across Turkey, appeared to witness the proposal with balloons in hand.
