00:05Proverbs 3 verse 5 says,
00:08Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.
00:15Control can feel like security. We think that if we can plan everything, predict everything,
00:22and manage everything, we'll be safe. But life has a way of reminding us
00:27that we aren't in control of everything. And that's okay. God is. Surrender isn't giving up.
00:36It's trusting God enough to place your life in his hands. Release what you cannot control.
00:45Let's pray. Father, I surrender my plans, fears, relationships, and future to you.
00:54Help me trust you even when I don't understand what you are doing. Amen.
