उत्तर प्रदेश में 23 दिसंबर 2022 को ज़िला मुज़फ़्फ़रनगर के क़स्बा सिसौली में भारतीय किसान यूनियन ने भारत के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री चौधरी चरण सिंह की जयंती के अवसर पर युवाओं के भविष्य पर महा मंथन कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया। इस मंथन कार्यक्रम को गौरव टिकैत ने संबोधित किया। 23 दिसंबर के दिन भारत के पांचवें प्रधानमंत्री चौधरी चरण सिंह का जन्म हुआ था, जिन्होंने किसानों के कल्याण और उनकी स्थितियों को सुधारने के लिए कई नीतियों की शुरुआत की थी। गौरव टिकैत का भाषण।
