00:00Battlefield 6 is finally out in full force, and EA isn't wasting any time rolling out
00:05fixes for the exciting new competitive shooter.
00:08In fact, developers have already been patching things up, with more to come over time.
00:13Launch day saw devs quickly fixing everything from missing in-game rewards to issues with
00:18content installation, and they're not done just yet.
00:22A more recent update, one that dropped the day after the shooter's big release, sees
00:26them, monitoring some issues where some maps on the Breakthrough mode are not always filling
00:31with the intended player counts, deploying adjustments on the backend to improve the consistency.
00:37The devs clarify that they're hoping to create the best experience possible for this
00:41mode, but the fixes don't end there.
00:44Days after launch, EA left another post indicating the team had its eyes on more problems.
00:50We're rolling out a fix that addresses an issue where jump momentum gets unintentionally
00:54interrupted when jumping with certain weapons equipped.
00:57This is now live across all platforms, and may take effect upon your next fresh match.
01:03Principal game designer Florian LeBien follows up on this with his own thread, hinting at
01:08other patches underway.
01:09We've rolled out a fix to address issues seen with jump momentum being cut off with some
01:14weapons .
01:16In parallel, we're carefully monitoring the feedback around other elements of the core loop
01:21weapons, movement, etc. with the team.
01:24Thanks for all the feedback!
