00:00You're watching the Title Shot, Double J right there, Carlos right here, and we've got a very special guest.
00:04Can you believe this? Probably the most special of all time, seven-time WWE Women's Champion, Trish Stratus.
00:12Here we are. Come on, guys. How is this happening right now?
00:15How is this happening right now? Well, you invited me, so, you know, I got the email at the moment.
00:19Thanks, thanks for having me. I'll keep behind the curtain for that one.
00:28So, Trish, you were both at Raw in Toronto when you came out and cut that promo on the last.
00:33I had to shut that boy's mouth up. I don't date women in their 60s.
00:40Oh! Oh!
00:42You got the biggest pop from the audience. Like, what is that feeling like?
00:46You always wonder, like, are they gonna remember? Like, it's just, it's been a long time.
00:51But, um, and what did they say? What did they say?
00:53Uh, are they, they were saying, holy, what's the word?
00:55Yeah, yeah, yeah. Toronto does it for Gano.
00:58And it was cool, because they didn't expect it. That was the cool thing.
01:00They didn't think, like, why, she's retired. She's at home with her kids, changing diapers, just like Elias said.
01:05And it probably was a couple hours before that.
01:07So, yeah, to come out and have that reception was, ugh, hometown crowd's amazing, you know.
01:10I mean, we've had so many special moments with them. So, um, and that was just so fun.
01:14He's, he's awesome. I love Elias. Like, he's a great entertainer.
01:17And so, to, like, mix it up with him was a lot of fun.
01:19So, a couple weeks ago, we had Natalia Neidhart out here, and she was talking about dream matches.
01:24And her dream match would be to face you. What would be your dream match now?
01:29Well, the thing about Natty is I've always said that since I retired was, like, it was just someone that,
01:33like, I love her as a person.
01:35Yeah.
01:35Love what she represents as a Canadian female wrestler. Uh, and she's just a tremendous athlete.
01:40Like, I love watching her matches. She is, like, just, she's the one.
01:44And so, that, when we got to face each other in Royal Rumble, that was special for us. We got
01:47to, you know, lock on the sharpshooter.
01:49Yeah. You know, it was awesome.
01:50But now there's, like, so many women, there's, like, I don't know, it's hard to say.
01:53To be honest, I wouldn't, if you asked me a little while ago, before the Royal Rumble, it's hard to
01:57say, because I don't know, they look all amazing.
01:58How do I relate to them? I'm not sure.
02:00But now, Sasha Banks and I had that moment at the Royal Rumble.
02:03And ever since that moment, which I just thought was, like, a little, look at that, we're going to face
02:06off with someone.
02:06Oh, no.
02:07Man, the chemistry, man, was there. And I was, like, I love her. And I dig her as an athlete,
02:12as a person.
02:13And she's super dedicated and passionate. And I just love that. Like, I love seeing that.
02:17And also, you know, Charlotte Flair is a seven-time champion.
02:21It used to be, like, Trish Stratus is an unprecedented seven-time champion.
02:25Now, I'm just a seven-time champion, because there's another seven-time champion. So, I'm just saying.
02:28It sounds a lot like we're setting up a program here.
02:31I would love to say.
02:32Isn't that what we're here for? I thought we were doing that.
02:35You've been touring with your bestie, with Amy, with Lita.
02:38Yeah.
02:38And you've been interacting with the fans a lot.
02:41Yeah.
02:41So, when you have a fan come up to you, what is the one WWE memory that they come up
02:47with the most?
02:48Like, what do you hear the most from them?
02:50It's two things. Well, first of all, I'm sitting next to my bestie.
02:53So, they're always like, you guys in the mid, because we were the first ever females to main event Monday
02:57Night Raw.
02:58Yeah.
02:58Right?
02:59Yeah.
03:00Got that?
03:01Ever.
03:03And so, they're like, oh my God, you guys.
03:05And that's it.
03:05They go, you've changed my life when I saw that.
03:07Women say that, because they're like, we didn't know women could do this.
03:09Make it in a male-dominated world.
03:11But I have guys in it, too.
03:12Yeah.
03:12And they looked up to, like, what we were doing in that world.
03:15And it's so cool.
03:15We, you know, shattered glass ceilings.
03:17And we broke down barriers.
03:18We kicked down those doors.
03:19Yeah.
03:19You know?
03:20So, I mean, that's always amazing.
03:21That's one thing they always talk about is that, especially because we're sitting beside
03:24each other.
03:25Then they always kind of go like, they kind of like lead us over there and they go, but
03:28I loved your feud with Mickie James.
03:30It was amazing.
03:32You know?
03:33And so, I'm like, it's fine.
03:34And Amy's just kind of like laughing.
03:35It's funny.
03:35They don't want to offend lead us.
03:37Yeah, right.
03:37But the thing about Mickie James and I is we had, like, what fuels stories and what fuels
03:42the matches, I should say, is the storylines, right?
03:44And so, when you have these characters that are so developed, and that's what Mickie, me
03:47and Mickie James had is we had this probably one of the longest female storylines ever that
03:51went on and on and it was just like, there was ups and downs and it was just like, you
03:55know, character
03:56changes and always just really great.
03:58And so, we had that and that was something that, you know, fans have always like clicked
04:01and remembered.
