We Are Even
Queen Sylvia is betrayed by King Howard, who digs out her sacred bones and imprisons her. She discovers their son Shawn is alive—sent to a monastery as a sacrifice—and the false saint Linda is a Northern witch. Sylvia fakes her death, marries the Northern King Eric, and returns with an army. She spares Howard; he spends his remaining years atoning and shielding her. She rescues Shawn and becomes founding queen; Howard takes a fatal blow for her and dies in her arms.
