00:00Hey there, I'm here at Sonos Open House, where they just unveiled the Ace Ultra headphones and the Beam Ultra.
00:07Also, the new operating system, Sonos 27, new fabric technology that weaves it all together.
00:14But first off, you know, these are an upgrade, $449 upgrade to the previous Ace headphones.
00:21So the Ace Ultra is part of the whole system.
00:23Not only is it part of the whole system, you can throw around the audio with the press of a
00:26button.
00:26You can sort of transfer from here to the Beam Ultra, to some of the other sound systems.
00:31There's a lot of cool stuff going on here.
00:33So part of what makes the new Ace Ultra really a part of the whole Sonos system is the new
00:38Headphone Engine 2.
00:39They come in white, black, sand, and agave, which is pretty cool.
00:45As I said, they're $449, 35 hours of battery life.
00:49And if you charge them up for just three minutes, you get another three hours.
00:54And they're going to be shipping on September 29th.
00:58Then the Sonos Beam Ultra 7.2.1 soundbar, mid-sized soundbar with nine drivers and two dedicated drivers up
01:08-firing that are bouncing sound off the walls and the ceilings.
01:12The real focus here on clarity, especially dialogue clarity, $699.
01:18Also coming out September 29th.
01:21That's when it ships.
01:21One of the really cool things with this new fabric technology and the Sonos System 27 is that if I
01:29were to walk into the room where that Beam Ultra is already sitting, I walked in with a couple of
01:34these.
01:34I just put them down.
01:36They all recognize each other.
01:37They create a little mesh network and they join the surround system automatically.
01:42I've actually heard it and seen it.
01:44It worked really cool.
01:45And then when you take the Sonos speakers out of the room and put them back where they were, they
01:49go back to their regular network connection.
01:51So you really don't have to do anything.
01:53Also, the other thing is that Sonos with the system upgrade, they're working with all of the AIs if you
01:58want to.
01:59But they also have their own Sonos voice system, which is Voice 27, which does just enough.
02:05Instead of trying to control your whole home, it's just about the sound experience.
02:09But if you have a bigger question, it will reach out to some of the foundational models.
02:13And Sonos is doing a lot of cool stuff.
