00:00I've been trying to figure out a way to say this all day.
00:02One of the reasons why I wanted to come on this tour
00:05was because I wanted to stand up here
00:09on stages and stadiums across America
00:13and say two words that are very near and dear to my heart.
00:19Free Palestine.
00:26I said free Palestine.
00:33I want those words to be loud and clear
00:36so the people from Gaza all the way to the occupied West Bank
00:42know that we have not forgotten them.
00:45And this next song was inspired by the bravery
00:51of Columbia University students
00:54who led an encampment movement that mobilized the entire world
00:59open up hearts, myself included.
01:01So thank you to those students that risked their diplomas,
01:04that risked their tuition, that risked their scholarships,
01:07that stood up and said no.
01:09CUAD students, Students for Justice in Palestine
01:12and Jewish Voices for Peace.
01:15Thank you guys.
01:16To all of my Jewish brothers and sisters,
01:20criticism of Israel, criticism of apartheid,
01:25being against genocide in no way is a criticism of you.
01:32My message is for peace, love for all human beings
01:36to be treated with dignity, respect, and equality.
01:40So I say free Palestine, I say free Lebanon,
01:45I say free Cuba, I say free Congo, free Sudan,
01:49free all people in America living in fear
01:53over this terrorist organization ICE.
02:00None of us will be free until we are all free.
02:04This song is called Hens Hall.
02:10Thank you.
02:11Once again, the 11.
02:12Gracias por ver el video.
