00:28The Iraqi security forces, through a follow-up by the general commander in his latest speech, recommended the continuity of
00:36increasing the capacity, capability, arming, and other technical and logistics for most of the security forces especially.
00:44There are important and special varieties at this stage, such as air defense, intelligence efforts, as well as technical matters.
00:52Therefore, the 30th is the date of the completion of sovereignty.
00:58U.S. officials remain concerned that militias could carry out further attacks, but not enough to delay the withdrawal.
