SAN FRANCISCO DE MACORÍS. — Un joven identificado como repartidor de delivery y trabajador de horario nocturno se entregó de manera voluntaria ante las oficinas de la Dirección Central de Investigación (DICRIM) en esta demarcación, con el fin de responder por los hechos que se le imputan.  El ciudadano se presentó ante las autoridades para aclarar su situación legal, afirmando que es inocente y que solo actuó como comprador de un motor.  Explicó que adquirió el vehículo de motor creyendo que no presentaba irregularidades, argumentando que decidió comprarlo porque llevaba mucho tiempo estacionado y con los papeles dañados tras haberse mojado en una lavadora.  Señaló que al momento de la transacción no sabía que el motor era robado, enterándose de esta situación posteriormente por las autoridades, quienes le indicaron que el vehículo figuraba con estatus de sustracción.  Denunció que, a raíz del caso, agentes acudieron a su vivienda donde presuntamente se incautaron de piezas y de otro motor que pertenecía a su fallecido padre.  El implicado reiteró su disposición de colaborar con la justicia para esclarecer los hechos y demostrar que su única participación se limitó a la adquisición comercial del bien investigado.
