01:18As you head up this driveway through a motor gate, you arrive to this glossy modern iron garage door behind

01:27me, where you can fit up to six cars through two garage doors.

01:32Leading up to more of the driveway, we have multiple palm trees lining the left side as it leads us

01:39up to the pathway where our front door is located.

01:43There's also a side entrance right next to our garage for some of the staff that would arrive to this

01:49property.

01:50And you guys are in for a treat today.

01:52This one is super special, one of the best homes that we've featured on this channel.

01:56Follow me up this walkway with a turf pattern below our feet, water features on the right side of us,

02:03and then you see the pedestrian gate directly in front of us as we head up to the front door.

02:08Three more water features on our left side as well as some turf space, more beautiful landscaping as well.

02:14And this walkway is just an incredible greeting on its own.

02:19But just wait until you guys see the inside.

02:21So let's head up through that pivot door and let's check it out.

02:25As you step foot inside this home through this 11-foot wood pivot door with a black Kiner finish, there's

02:32also a privacy shade.

02:34That can come down directly in front of the door to block anyone else from coming directly inside the first

02:42few steps.

02:42But let's close that off because the first thing we see are views of the water, the backyard, and this

02:50immediate living area.

02:52Double height ceiling with a drop-down walnut oak above us.

02:59And we're going to continue on.

03:01Imagine hanging out with your family here right as you step foot inside this home.

03:51And then we've got a fireplace bordered by marble stone.

03:59A little bit on the specs of this property.

04:00We've got six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, three half-baths, and 10,160 square feet of interior space,

04:08as well as 277 feet of water frontage outside.

04:12So we're going to show you this main level first, and then we're going to take our way to the

04:17backyard.

04:18But walking by that front door once again, the combination of finishes from our walnut wood to our white oak

04:24to our Italian porcelain tile underneath our feet are unbelievable.

04:29Take a turn with me into our first of three half-baths in this property.

04:33I mean, look at the finishes.

04:34Even in this half-bath, it is all about the little details from the stone wall to this sink

04:41and how it was positioned between more of the walnut wood on either side and the unique textured wall to

04:46my right side.

04:48And a linear window looking out to the front entryway so that when you're doing your business in the bathroom,

04:53you can see anyone stepping foot inside this property.

04:56Making our way to the formal dining area, but first, we've got maybe the best elevator I've ever seen in

05:02a property.

05:03This is not your typical elevator.

05:05This is a commercial-grade elevator.

05:07We are the ones that you see at probably your apartment building if it is a high-end luxury apartment

05:13And we'll show you that a little bit later, but also the gold tones are insane in my opinion.

05:32I mean, this is truly just like an art museum I feel like I'm looking at right now.

05:36But because of how thin the strings are that are holding them up,

05:39you can still see up to the second level and the floating staircase in front of us.

06:24This living room section a bit more private than the other one, but maybe better views you'll see.

06:29And the finishes from this gallery wall with the LED lighting up against that wood to the flat-screen TV

06:38And then just more floor-to-ceiling windows throughout.

06:42Wow, that's all we've got here.

06:43So you can imagine how much sunlight you get.

06:46And the views are, this might be the best water front-ish views that you'll see in all of Fort

06:51Lauderdale, in my opinion.

06:53And we just got here, honestly.

06:55But let's keep on moving.

06:56Now we've got from our living area to our breakfast bar.

07:00This could be the formal dining room in itself.

07:02You can see eight people here positioned right between the living and the kitchen.

07:07And now let's talk about this beautiful kitchen.

07:09It's so sleek, it's so modern, but yet it feels homey at the same time, in my opinion.

07:15In front of us, bar stool seating for four in our breakfast nook.

07:19A gorgeous stone counter with waterfall edge.

07:22And we see our sink with water filter positioned in the very center with gold fixtures in that.

07:28Then we have the appliances from Wolf microwave and dual oven espresso machine on the top right.

07:34Probably the most important one and all of our cabinetry throughout with the paneled fridge and freezer.

07:41That is a hefty one for sure.

07:43And I also love the contrast in more of the gold-toned handles that we're seeing throughout this entire kitchen.

07:50Marble countertops as well as on the backsplash.

07:53And then more cabinetry, especially the hood vent above, that is discreetly hidden by the same wood finishes that we've

08:00seen throughout the rest of the kitchen.

08:02Five burner Wolf stove top built into the marble.

08:06And then you also see the knobs built into the wood right underneath our marble as well.

08:11Same gold handles.

08:12You hide the dishwasher right here by Cove.

08:15And then right next to it, you've got your second microwave built into our island.

08:19As well as the second stainless steel Frankie sink with the gold fixture right there.

08:25Back splashes of that same marble stone.

08:27And then once again, what do you know?

08:28The views of the water in the backyard.

08:31There's a little bit more to see on this floor before we head out there.

08:35So let's go past our kitchen.

08:38Down this hallway is the second half bath with wood slat wall finishes.

08:44Marble stone counter with the sink built in between the marbles.

08:48Built into the stone fixture built on the backsplash and LED light on the left.

08:53And more gold tones in our wallpaper throughout.

08:57Now this is an entire smart home as well.

08:59The entire home can be controlled from these screens.

09:02But not only this screen, but two more up here.

09:05You can control the music, the AC, the shades.

09:08And you've got the Honeywell Home security system down beneath.

09:11So that's a lot of screens for a few feet of space.

09:13And now this is the door that leads into the garage that we saw from the front of the home

09:19as well.

09:20Epoxy floors in there.

09:21And you can see out from those garage doors into our driveway.

09:25But down this hall, once again, this is our first bedroom.

09:28And they call this the VIP suite.

09:31It could be a junior suite, could be the in-law's room.

09:34But I like VIP suite because you have best access to the backyard.

09:39It's en suite, of course.

09:40So you've got bathroom with gorgeous quartzite finishes throughout in here.

09:45Bright mirrors, dual vanity, plenty of countertop space.

09:49Your very own built-in tub up against the bookmatched stone wall.

09:54How would you not think this is the primary suite bathroom?

09:57This is a luxury spa in here.

09:59Glass shower as well, very spacious.

10:01And then you've got that frosted glass door leading into our water closet, as well as all of the gold

10:07accents in here that we've seen throughout the rest of the home that we've seen so far on this level.

10:12Flat screen TV up in front of our bed, of course.

10:15And a walk-in closet in here doesn't get much better than this in our VIP suite.

10:21But down the hall, once again, now we are seeing that door that gives us access to the garage.

10:27So if you have any staff, any chefs, any maids, they can easily access the laundry room from this door.

10:35Current laundry room right now, we're using as a storage space for some of our gear and equipment.

10:40You've got a picture window looking out to the driveway and the greenery once again.

10:44But that was the entire floor plan and the layout on this main level.

10:47There's a lot more to see, guys.

10:49So I hope you're liking what you're seeing so far.

10:51But we've got to go outside and check out the pool and the water.

10:54Let's do it.

11:01You're going to want to entertain your guests and show off this place.

11:05And it starts with entertaining them with your Wolf Barbecue Grill to cook up some food,

11:09the bookmatched marble stone, and the white oak cantilevered roof above us as well.

11:15And we're in the backyard here.

11:17Look at these views, the beautiful turf space.

11:20And we're just going to show you the pool right now.

11:23You've got a 12-foot spa, 12-foot by 11-foot spa,

11:28and then floating steps that separate our spa from our 70-foot pool behind me.

11:34This is also on a 19,164-square-foot lot in total.

11:38Here on the corner, you have so much outdoor space here as well.

11:42This covered patio section has multiple different spaces for seating.

11:47And all the furniture inside and out can come with the property, whoever purchases it.

11:52But let's keep on moving.

11:54As you can see the design, the shallow end of our pool, 70-foot-long pool.

11:59It stretches endlessly.

12:00And there's more seating along this side as we get a little bit closer to where that front entrance was

12:06on my right.

12:07And check out the views.

12:09Now, in front of us, this is called the New River.

12:11And it connects directly to the international channel that goes out to the Atlantic Ocean right here.

12:17There is outdoor day beds as well.

12:20More turf space.

12:21And 277 feet of water frontage.

12:25As I said, this is unbelievable.

12:28This is not what we are used to seeing on this channel.

12:31Normally, we're seeing homes in Los Angeles.

12:32So, Florida is a whole different vibe.

12:34And we are in Fort Lauderdale.

12:36You can see some of the downtown area behind us, as well as the mega mansion behind me.

12:42This is unbelievable.

12:43Brand new construction home.

12:57So, let's see the second level.

13:08Whenever we tour properties like this, most people ask us how the owners actually built this kind of wealth.

13:13Most multi-millionaires and billionaires around the world that can afford properties like this are most likely business owners or

13:19investors.

13:19And they understand the value of looking beyond just a single source of their income.

13:23And that ties directly in today's sponsor, Goldhaven Resources.

14:29Exiting our elevator on our second level.

14:32Take a turn with me to see one of the best office spaces in the home.

14:37And we're going to see a few different good work areas.

14:39I actually spent some time working here throughout the day today as it overlooks the front living room with these

14:45high ceilings above our water and the 70-foot pool down beneath us.

14:51Love the textured wall detail throughout this second level.

14:54And there's so much to see.

14:56I mean, just look at the grand dining room in those light fixtures right next to me.

15:02The glass railing with more gold accents.

15:05White oak wood ceilings above us here on this level.

15:08And follow me into the primary suite.

15:11With the click of a button, you can control the shades in every single room in this property.

15:17And with the master bedroom, we just wanted to show you guys what it looks like as you hit the

15:22shades to raise them in the morning.

15:25Overlooking the new river here in Fort Lauderdale.

15:27In front of us, flat screen TV.

15:29And I love the finishes behind our bed from the cushioned headboard to the walnut wood that separates the king

15:35-size bed.

15:36Connected to multiple balconies.

15:38One smaller triangular shaped one.

15:40And then a larger one that's connected to the primary bathroom.

15:45We're going to open up the shades once again here in the primary spa room.

15:49I don't even like to call these bathrooms.

15:51I like to call them spa rooms.

15:52Because of what it looks like.

15:56And just the feeling that you get when you step into these.

15:58We are truly in a five-star resort that was built as a primary residence.

16:04This tub is built into the marble stone, which is also a shower bench.

16:09As the shower glass wall is positioned on top of that marble and runs inside that shower as well.

16:16Sliders leading out to the balcony as we said.

16:18And then here in the corner is our drop-down makeup section that is just hit by sunlight here in

16:24the evening time.

16:25Is there a better makeup area that we've ever seen?

16:28Also, what's really cool about the details throughout is even in the marble in our bathroom,

16:33we're seeing gold veins, gold accents that match the handles, the fixtures, the lighting throughout this home.

16:40We've even got the gold here in our tub filler.

16:42Same marble stone as well as up on our backsplash with the mirror bordered by more of that oak wood.

16:49Two modern light fixtures built onto the marble stone.

16:52And as we walk back behind here, private water closet with a frosted door.

16:58More marble throughout.

16:59I'm just going to say marble a hundred more times throughout this video.

17:01Two glass doors leading into our shower.

17:04We have not one, not two rain shower heads built into that stone, but a third one that is about

17:11ten times larger than the ones built into the marble here.

17:14A true rain shower head above us on the ceiling.

17:18And then a handheld one as well.

17:20We always got to check this one out, which is actually bigger than the ones built in.

17:24So I'd probably be using this one the most.

17:26Through the second glass door, as well as an identical look to the second vanity here on the opposite side

17:33of our bathroom.

17:33The entire bathroom is symmetrical.

17:35And follow me behind the glass door.

17:38This may just look like an ordinary wall, but if you push it, it leads us into where our primary

17:46suite closet would be.

17:48Now, it's currently not built out, and they will leave that up for the buyer of this property for interpretation,

17:53for creative.

17:55But let's leave this primary suite.

17:57Check out the rest of the rooms.

17:58Starting with being underneath the second set of floating staircase from the one just to my left.

18:05And I love how the ceiling heights are opened up.

18:08You see the drop-down ceiling with the 3D lighting shining up on the oak wood above us.

18:13You have a wet bar positioned here that you can also hide with these pocket doors and close it off

18:19if you do want to.

18:20But they slide back in so it doesn't get bulky if you leave them open.

18:24More beautiful marble stone counters.

18:27Stainless steel sink on the left.

18:28Cabinetry galore throughout.

18:30And you actually do have a built-in mini fridge down there, paneled in.

18:34It's kind of hidden.

18:36Continuing on, look at this stone.

18:38Now, they could have just left this as some, they didn't even really need to put a landing space right

18:43here.

18:43But very similar to the area where I talked about being a great desk view, this seating section still gets

18:50views of the water in front of us.

18:52And you see the light fixtures hanging above the dining table.

18:55Just another area to where you have some privacy.

18:58But then you also do see out slightly, and it makes the home feel very open.

19:03So this marble stone is unbelievable.

19:06It's bookmatched.

19:06You've got the LED surrounding it.

19:08And this space does just give me five-star hotel waiting room vibe and experience.

19:14So in front of us, down the hallway, before we go to the top-level entertainment floor,

19:19we're going to walk and show you your personal home office with a glass wall and a glass door

19:26so that you don't feel isolated, you don't feel too enclosed while getting some billion-dollar deals done in here.

19:32Flat screen TV built into that wood wall in front of us.

19:35There's also a door that I actually almost missed, and that leads into another closet space you can design as

19:42you wish.

19:43Sliders that lead out to yet another private balcony overlooking the west side, overlooking the water, of course.

19:51En suite office space.

19:53Beautiful bookmatched stone tile on the flooring.

19:56A floor-to-ceiling window in our bathroom.

19:59Glass shower, more bookmatched stone, and then the vanity of your dreams with rose gold faucet right there.

20:07This office, what did I say?

20:08How many different workspaces could there be?

20:11This is my dream office house.

20:14So you get so much work done.

20:15I think you could probably buy two or three more of these homes if you were working from this house.

20:19So down the hallway to our right, we're going to show you another bedroom.

20:23This time we are now facing the east side.

20:27Spacious room.

20:28Unique circular light fixture up above.

20:30Private balcony here once again overlooking the driveway.

20:34Walk-in closet in here as well as an en suite.

20:37So you've got a bathroom with quartzite countertops, glass shower, and very sleek and minimal design here in this guest

20:44bedroom with more floor-to-ceiling windows.

20:46There's an abundance of glass throughout this home leaving this bedroom.

21:04We had another one downstairs where our storage stuff was.

21:06But even in here, stone countertops, LED lighting, and you have a pet washing station in our laundry room here.

21:13So down the hall, there's another bedroom here at the very end with once again, I'll tell you guys, there's

21:20a private balcony overlooking more of the water here in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

21:25Unique light fixtures hanging to either side of our bed, flat screen TV positioned in front of it, closet space,

21:32and en suite, of course.

21:33Same finishes in this bathroom with the glass shower as well, but everything you need in these guest rooms.

21:39There's one more to see on the opposite side here down this hallway, this time looking east.

21:45So you can see it's slightly darker than the last one, but the custom details in each room are cool,

21:51such as the three, the trio of light fixtures, once again, on either side of our bed.

21:58Walking closet, of course, en suite bathroom with similar finishes to the other guest bedrooms.

22:03Private balcony, this one stretches a bit longer than the other ones because it is attached to the other bedroom

22:09facing east, overlooking our driveway and that motor gate.

22:13So I think I could live pretty comfortably in any of the bedrooms here on our second floor.

22:18But if you like what you see here and if you think you live on this level, let's go upstairs

22:21and check out the top floor.

22:27The walnut wood walls just contrast so well with the Italian porcelain tile up here on our third and final

22:34level.

22:35But you see the glass railing once again leading us to the entertainment space.

22:39We have a pool table up here.

22:41Who thinks they could beat me in pool?

22:43Probably not you watching this.

22:44And another wet bar with backlit Cristallo stone and counters with floating oak shelves above, recessed lighting and sink positioned

22:55on the right side by Blanco.

22:58A beautiful look to this home bar here on our third level, the entertainment floor.

23:03Leading this way is the top floor restroom because while you're playing games, while you're having a drink, you're going

23:09to have to use this occasionally.

23:11From the vanity in the corner to the glass shower and peeking out to some palm trees, you've got it

23:17all in your upper floor bathroom.

23:21Right next to the entertainment pool table, we've got circular seating section and a 600 bottle wine storage room with

23:30a glass door.

23:31Temperature controlled, of course.

23:33And this is nice.

23:34It's nice to get out of the Florida humidity and the heat and maybe hang out in here.

23:38I'll probably just put a bed on the floor and make this wine storage space my room.

23:42But 600 bottles with the same Cristallo backlit stone in here, separated by some gold finishes behind the wine bottle

23:51columns.

23:51So I do like that room.

23:54Probably my favorite part of this top floor.

23:56Then we've got sliding glass doors leading out to a smaller narrow balcony overlooking our driveway on our upper floor.

24:04Seating space up here, built-in speakers throughout so you can have a party and blast whatever tunes that you

24:11like.

24:12The commercial-grade elevator leads up here to the third level.

24:16And like I said, smart systems can be controlled on these screens very comfortably, very easily.

24:21Here in the Sky Lounge, the largest flat-screen TV throughout the home, as well as a speaker down here

24:26by Bang and Olufsen beneath us.

24:29With the textured, tiled wall behind sliding stacked doors by Fleetwood that lead us out to the balcony.

24:37That we're going to go out right now because these are the best views throughout the home.

24:40So let's do it.

24:42Welcome out to the Sky Deck balcony with white oak wood, finished ceilings above us, outdoor dining, built-in wolf

24:49barbecue grill, gorgeous countertops, Blanco sink in the corner.

24:54This is where you're going to entertain.

24:55Up here on the third level Sky Deck.

24:59I mean, guys, this has got to be the best property here on this entire island, on this entire stretch

25:05here in Fort Lauderdale.

25:07Glass railings extend throughout, and look at how much space there is.

25:122,100-square-foot outdoor deck up here, and it leads us to more entertainment space.

25:18We can have these Fleetwood sliders opened up entirely.

25:22Multiple different seating sections outdoor extends all the way to this retainer wall overlooking the front.

25:29So much space, just an abundance of people you can have up here for an event.

25:34Flat-screen TV built onto the wall out here.

25:36And yet another fireplace outside.

25:40But, last but not least, it takes you along this bridge where you see the turf roof to my left.

25:47And more turf space comfortably to hang out at with a couple outdoor lounge seats.

25:54And now you notice that the covered section turns to an uncovered hangout space where if you do want some

26:01sunshine, you want a tan on our roof, you can do it here up on the third level.

28:41I mean, this truly is the definition of a mega mansion.

28:50This has truly been a treat.
