00:03So, I know you can't tease much, but describe season 3 in three words.

00:09You can't even give me three adjectives.
00:11Hospital.

00:14Emergency.

00:16Pittsburgh.
00:17There you go. That's a great way to describe the season.
00:19You heard it before.
00:21Speaking of emergencies, I mean, with the healthcare workers in the show having such a heavy plot a lot of
00:25times,
00:26how do you mentally prepare to be on the set for the show?
00:28Oh, my God.
00:29I think we shoot in the same soundstage every single day for eight months.
00:34And I think there is something about, like, once you get out of that space.
00:36We're in the same costumes, too.
00:38Once you take that costume off, once you're out of that soundstage, it's like, you know, you can shed it
00:42a little bit.
00:42Because sometimes it really gets heavy.
00:44Like, it's a really, there's some really intense storylines, like, really emotional things coming up.
00:49And I think we've got amazing guest actors and I'm so grateful that there's amazing actors who want to be
00:53on the show
00:53and are happy to, like, work with us.
00:55It's like an honor.
00:56And so I think it's like, there's a lot of, like, real tearjerkers and, like, really emotional things that you've
01:00got to get off you.
01:02And have you gotten any advice from Noah through the process?
01:04And what's been the greatest advice or anything you've gotten from him?
01:07Oh, my God, yeah.
01:07I've been shadowing post-production this year, actually.
01:09Like, shadowing the edit.
01:10Watching how they, like, cut things together.
01:12Like, how you take a bin of dailies, you know, hours and hours of material and, like, create a scene.
01:16And I'm in awe of our editing team, our post team.
01:20And, like, I've shadowed every season, but this is my first time shadowing the edit.
01:23And I was talking to him about it.
01:24I shadowed his episode the other day.
01:26And he had, like, a lot of great filmmaking advice that I'm very grateful for.
01:29And, I mean, with the show, like you said, being so heavy and you guys having to take off those
01:32outfits,
01:33who do you hang out with outside of the show?
01:34Do you ever guys go kick it at happy hour after this?
01:36Yes.
01:37Oh, yeah.
01:38Yeah.
01:38And our crew, too.
01:39Our crew never gets to come to these things.
01:41They went to the Creative Arts Emmys last week.
01:42But, yeah.
