00:02Now, I was deciding between four different countries, four different leagues, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Dominican Republic.
00:08And we've had conversations with every single different league and a bunch of different teams.
00:12And I'm really appreciative of everyone who's taken the time to speak with us for doing exactly that and entertaining
00:17the thought of having me play for them.
00:18All the leagues have their own appeal.
00:21They're all very interesting to me, and I would love to experience them all.
00:24But obviously, I can only play in one this year.
00:26So, if I'm not playing for your team this year, it doesn't mean that I won't be playing for your
00:31team in future years.
00:32But this year, I've decided to go play in the Dominican Republic.
00:36Dominican is so passionate about baseball.
00:38It's such a huge part of baseball culture, and I have never been there.
00:42And I just can't imagine ending my baseball career without having gone down to Dominican and seen it and played
00:48there.
00:48It looks so fun.
00:50I would love to play in the Caribbean Series.
00:52But first off, in order to get there, we have to win a championship.
00:55So, I will be trying to win a championship with Astrayas this year.
01:00And I cannot wait to get down there and start playing and see all the Astrayas fans.
01:04Also, all of the Dominican fans.
01:07I plan to be traveling on the road, going to as many games as I can, and meeting as many
01:11of you as I can.
