00:03For the first time in history, there are First Ministers in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
00:10who believe that their countries should decide their own future.
00:16And that principle of self-determination is absolutely fundamental to the discussions that we have had today
00:24and that are fundamental to the discussions that we will have in the period to come
00:29and all that lies ahead because that principle of self-determination is an inalienable right for our peoples to express.
00:39Now, we will each individually be responsible for our own journeys
00:43but we are absolutely united by that principle of self-determination.
00:47And for me, we have the right to referendum, we have the right to decide our future
00:54and we will not accept or tolerate any British Prime Minister telling us that that right is off the table.
01:01On the contrary, the issues around self-determination for the Celtic nations, for all of us, is very much on
01:08the table.
