Select Volga Pier Location and once you entered the area, cast your float rod to the middle of the lake. Wait for the beeping sound and the float to sink and you can reel in the fish by pressing and holding the left mouse button. You need to be patient and try several times as other fish may bite the baits too. Use the float rod known as TF500 (You are given at the start of the game), small hooks and bread as baits.
