Ella Matthews recorded the event and shared her thoughts: "I was out for a walk on the day Prince Harry returned to the UK for Prince Phillip's funeral. Initially, I thought the police were providing an escort for him, but as I approached, I realized they were simply helping some ducks get home safely!"
