00:00We're here with the Nader sisters, or at least three of the four Nader sisters.
00:03There's been a lot of celebrities walking through here, and it's kind of funny.
00:06You hear when they enter in, and you can hear the buzz.
00:08And when the buzz, when you three walked in, this room just sort of went like, oh my gosh.
00:13And by the way, as far as the fashion here, you definitely raised the style here.
00:18I mean, these guys are all wearing vests and stuff.
00:20Did you get a chance to do any trades with any of them yet?
00:22We're about to get deep into it.
00:23We're about to hit the phones hard.
00:25Yeah.
00:25Now, this is your first rodeo.
00:27You've done the Kenner Fitzgerald Charity Day before, right?
00:29Yeah, I've done it for like six or so years.
00:31This is my second year.
00:32Second year for us.
00:34Okay.
00:34But we all love this day.
00:35It's such a great cause, and it's a special, vibrant energy around such a somber day,
00:41which I think everyone here can attest to.
00:44Yeah.
00:45Well, I am curious about that.
00:46We talk about this idea of remembering 9-11.
00:49It's been 25 years.
00:51Although you're young, and we're now talking about generations of kids that weren't alive
00:55when 9-11 happened, that we're now going to sort of entrust with this legacy.
00:59Right.
00:59So talk a little bit about how young people who maybe either were too young to sort of
01:03feel what happened firsthand, how they feel about it today, 25 years later.
01:08Yeah.
01:09I was one when 9-11 happened, and so I obviously don't remember it.
01:13But I think just talking to everyone who does remember it is so interesting, because
01:17everyone obviously remembers exactly where they were, how they found out, and everyone
01:21has such a personal story about it, and so I feel like that translates well and really
01:25lives through the next generation, even for those of us that were alive but don't necessarily
01:29remember.
01:30I also think that organizations like Cameron Fitzgerald that are keeping the legacy and
01:34the memory of those that were lost alive by doing this day, I mean, this is such a special
01:39day to us.
01:39I hope that one day our children will participate in it, and we can explain to them the history
01:45and what happened.
01:45And I think that when you meet families and people who lost loved ones, like the family
01:50here today, it's really impactful.
01:52And I think that everyone here today was impacted in some way by 9-11.
01:57And Cameron Fitzgerald, we're so blessed and lucky that we get to participate in such a
02:01day like this.
02:01I was four years old when 9-11 happened, but I feel more ingrained in part of it by participating.
02:08One of the good things about what Cantor does with the charities is obviously this is sort
02:12of charity agnostic.
02:14It kind of runs the gamut in terms of what charities the money is being raised for.
02:21Maybe you can talk a little bit about the charity that you're representing.
02:24We're representing City Harvest today, and we're so excited about it.
02:27They are on a mission to feed the lost portion in New York.
02:31Brooksy has been an ambassador for them for years and years, so we're honored to, when we
02:35came to New York, the City Harvest fam kind of adopted us into the family, and we've been
02:40volunteering with them pretty much since we moved here five years ago.
02:44What's the difference?
02:45I mean, your roots are in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
02:47I know you've been very public about your upbringing, kind of coming from a middle-class family and
02:53now kind of rising to the heights of celebrity and fame.
02:57Give me a sense as to how you manage that.
02:58But more importantly, does that make charity maybe a little bit more important for you?
03:03Yeah.
03:04I mean, I think it all kind of stems from our values and how we were raised.
03:07We were raised in a really Christian household, and those values of treating others the way
03:12you want to be treated and giving back to your community and tithing at your church or whatever
03:16giving back to you means, it was always a part of our routine as children.
03:21And I think kudos to our parents for making that a huge priority to us.
03:25And when I moved to New York, the one thing I wanted to find was a charity to get involved
03:28with.
03:29And being from Louisiana, we're all such foodies, and we're so blessed to have such amazing
03:32you know, cuisine in Louisiana, and City Harvest is one of the largest food rescue organizations
03:38in the country, and we don't realize how fortunate we are just to even have those meals.
03:42And there's so many New Yorkers that are in like six-floor walk-ups that are elderly that
03:46don't even know it's their birthday, and City Harvest, you know, brings them a birthday cake.
03:49Or there's so many people that are forgotten because the city is so huge, and there's so many
03:53people we forget.
03:54And so that kind of spoke to me when I first volunteered, you know, one of their drives, how many
03:58hungry
03:59New Yorkers there actually are.
04:01And, you know, I think that if you're in a position of power or fame or whatever it is,
04:06that you have to give back, you know, because it's such a blessing to be able to call this
04:10work, you know what I mean?
04:11And to get hair and makeup done and go to work, it's a blessing.
04:14And I think, you know, we have to pay it forward.
04:16And we love New York with all of our heart and soul.
04:18I feel like it's my first love of my life, and we love New Yorkers.
04:22So, you know, giving back to them is so important.
04:24I have to ask you, Sarah Jane, why did she not make it today?
04:27She's not charitable.
04:28I'm just kidding.
04:29No.
04:30She is, just kidding, she's very, has a huge heart t-shirt, but she's on Dancing with the
04:34Stars.

04:35So she is working her little booty off in L.A. for her first dance.

05:20Her name is Celine Archer.

05:22It's new characters.

05:24But, you know, a lot of them are based on the original series.

05:27And it still has the integrity of the original series, but it's a more modern twist on Baywatch.
05:31Do you two have, like, some TV show remakes that you're going to be involved in?
05:35Not yet.
05:35Are you going to make cameos?

05:38I advocated to have a cameo, and I was like, I can drown in the ocean and you can save
05:42me.
05:42I think that would be a really great scene.
05:44I love that storyline.
05:44And I'm still advocating for it.
