Woman Braids Grass In Open Field And Sits On The Woven Section

The filmer, Olga, recorded the moment in Russia.

Olga walks through an open field before quickening her steps and starting to braid sections of the grass. As she moves along, the woven strip becomes more defined against the surrounding plants. After finishing the section in front of her, she sits down on the braided area.

The simple shift from wandering to making something on the spot gives the scene an odd, quietly playful rhythm. The clip ends on a calm pause in the middle of the field.
