00:09Just never take anything for granted. You know, life is short and you have to live it, but you also
00:13have to appreciate every single moment you have.
00:16You never know how things can change and everything can change in the blink of an eye, literally.
00:21So be grateful, enjoy life, but yeah, those are my lessons from not just this injury, from my whole life.
