00:00I'm Maya Feller, I'm a registered dietitian, and I'm going to be tasting some of the biggest
00:03brands of protein bars and ranking them on taste and nutritional value.
00:08I'm going to be looking at the protein and the sugar content in relation to the bar at
00:12whole.
00:15Rx Bar Chocolate Sea Salt.
00:17The first thing that stands out to me is that all the ingredients are listed right here
00:22on the front.
00:23Another thing that I love is that it says no BS.
00:26It's a little gummy.
00:27My mouth is coated with whatever is in the bar, and it is stuck on some of my teeth.
00:33It feels rich and it feels very earthy.
00:36I can taste the chocolate.
00:37I can also taste the dates, like a little bit of the sweetness.
00:40The egg whites I don't taste at all, which I think is great.
00:43This bar is particularly, I would say, whole foods forward, meaning that it's a food in
00:49its whole and minimally processed form.
00:51There are 12 grams of protein.
00:53That's about 20% of the daily value.
00:55Protein is really important when it comes to a balanced diet.
00:59It's used for our immune health.
01:00It helps to regulate our growth and development.
01:03It's used for our lean body mass.
01:06It's used for our skeletal mass.
01:08Protein bars are there as a tool.
01:10It's important to know why you're using the protein bar, what the source of protein is
01:14in that particular bar, and how your body's reacting to it.
01:17Egg whites have about 3.6 grams of protein per egg white.
01:21The current recommendation is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight.
01:26So you have to do a little bit of math and figure out how much protein you actually need.
01:32And when I look at sugars, it says total sugars are 14 grams.
01:37But what's really important is to go one step down and actually look at the added sugars.
01:42Added sugars from table sugar are not going to give you those other nutrients that you
01:46find in the naturally occurring sources.
01:48Here we see 0% of the daily value for added sugars, 0 grams.
01:53So we know that all the sugars in this bar are really coming from those dates and maybe
02:00a little bit from the chocolate and the cocoa.
02:02I love an RX bar from like the nutrition perspective, and I would say that it's pretty tasty.
02:08Hi, Marks.
02:09David, chocolate chip cookie dough.
02:12It's giving premium with the gold.
02:15It's delicious.
02:16Absolutely tastes like cookie dough.
02:1728 grams of protein.
02:19Holy moly, that is a huge amount of protein.
02:22It's like four eggs.
02:23This is giving you more than half of what your body theoretically needs for a day.
02:29They're using a number of different proteins to get to that 28 grams.
02:34We've got milk protein isolate, collagen, and then we see whey protein concentrate and egg white.
02:41There's also a binding system that they're using.
02:44That's where it's getting that really great mouthfeel.
02:47Because of complete focus on protein, it's not giving other vitamins and minerals.
02:53I'm actually going to put it closer to the center.
02:55Okay, David, I've got to give it to you.
02:57It's really tasty.
02:58This is like straight up cookie dough.
03:00Protein with a capital P.
03:02Bear Bells cookies and cream.
03:03I feel like I'm being transported back in time.
03:06We've got these block letters, cookies and cream.
03:10I see that they're calling out both naturally and artificially flavored.
03:14This looks like a candy bar.
03:17This is 100% a candy bar.
03:19I can see that cookies and cream.
03:22There's just a little bit of chocolate around the outside.
03:26And then it's got some crunchy little bits on the exterior.
03:29It is a great bite.
03:31There's three different types of protein that they've put in there to get to their protein content.
03:36Alcium caseinate, whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate.
03:39Whey protein isolate has gone through a level of processing that has pretty much removed
03:45all of the lactose, the milk sugar, while retaining the protein content.
03:51This is a highly digestible source of protein.
03:54Protein powders like the calcium caseinate or the whey protein isolate
03:58should have no flavor whatsoever, similar to an egg white protein.
04:02There's total sugars.
04:04It's one gram, zero grams of added sugars,
04:07which you're allowed to say when it's only one gram.
04:09And then it's a sugar alcohol five grams.
04:12So the non-nutritive sweetener, meaning zero calories whatsoever.
04:17They don't tend to elicit the same glucose response in the body.
04:21And I think the unsweetened chocolate is giving a tiny bit of flavor as well.
04:26If you're looking to this bar as your sole source of protein,
04:29I actually wouldn't recommend it.
04:31You've got to think about rounding out your eating pattern with a variety of foods.
04:36I'm going to put it in the really delicious, but in terms of like nutritional value,
04:42it's got some calcium.
04:43So that's a good thing, but it's mostly protein.
04:46There's not a lot of variety in here.
04:48Built puff brownie batter.
04:50It's giving like a Fig Newton feel to it.
04:53Really looks like a candy bar and it is absolutely coated in chocolate.
04:58Oh, it is totally puffy.
05:02Oh my gosh.
05:03It would be cool if they put marshmallows in here.
05:05That's not the point though.
05:07It's like I ate a gummy worm that was dipped in chocolate.
05:11I am having a candy bar that has 17 grams of protein.
05:17Total sugar is six grams, and that includes six grams of added sugars.
05:22So if you're looking at this as a health food,
05:25and you're not taking the added sugar into consideration,
05:28you might actually end up over consuming added sugar throughout the day.
05:32I'll put the Built Bar high on taste, but in terms of the nutritional value,
05:37it's closer to the center, mainly because the focus is protein.
05:43And in terms of the wide nutrient spectrum, I wouldn't say that it's very diverse.
05:48Nature Valley Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate.
05:50Nature Valley is absolutely known for granola bars.
05:54I feel like the marketers were like, let's get on the protein bandwagon, and here we are.
05:59You can find it at a really affordable price point.
06:02This bar, in addition to being a protein bar, has a meaningful source of fiber.
06:08Fiber comes from a variety of plant-based foods.
06:13This bar has chicory root fiber, which is from chicory, and that's mostly inulin.
06:19For many people, chicory root fiber, because it's really fermentable,
06:24can cause some gas and bloating further down in the colon.
06:28It's actually a great thing because it adds nutrients to the bacteria that's living in your gut.
06:33Having a variety of different types of bacteria and microbes in the gut
06:39actually is really important when it comes to overall health.
06:43So you really want to make sure that you're getting them from high-quality sources.
06:49A bit dry.
06:50It's crunchy, but it's not offensive.
06:53I see soy protein isolate.
06:54Soy is a complete protein, meaning that it has all nine of the essential amino acids.
07:00Amino acids that our body does not manufacture on its own,
07:04so we've got to get it from the foods that we eat.
07:06When it's complete, it's got all nine.
07:08And when it's incomplete, it doesn't have all nine.
07:10When we eat a varied balance pattern of eating,
07:14we actually eat across the amino acid spectrum.
07:17Higher marks overall because of the fiber and because it's pretty tasty.
07:22Thumbs up, Luna Lemon Zest.
07:25This is from the manufacturers of Clif Bars.
07:27This is not in the chocolate area.
07:30This is not your marshmallow or your brownie.
07:33They're not necessarily claiming the protein bar status
07:37because they're saying it's eight grams of protein.
07:39On the lower end, I smell like the lemon zest as soon as I open the package.
07:45There's some icing.
07:46So on the front, we've got the oats.
07:48It smells like a lemon cake.
07:51It's very mild.
07:52I can taste the icing, like a little bit of like lemon,
07:57maybe a tiny bit of vanilla.
07:59The oats got some crunch on them.
08:01Very, very nice in terms of flavor.
08:05One bar has about 190 calories.
08:08It's got about two grams of fiber, I'm assuming coming from the oats.
08:12Eight grams of protein, which is 16% of the daily value.
08:15The first ingredient is grain and protein blend.
08:19So that's the rolled oats and oats do actually have protein in them.
08:23Then we see soy protein isolate, organic rice flour,
08:27and we see roasted soybeans and then organic soy flour as that protein blend,
08:34which I think is nice because it's a bunch of plants.
08:36So there's a little bit of variety in this bar.
08:39When you see 190 calories and you're thinking, wait a second, this is not a diet bar.
08:44If you're a very active person and you're looking for a functional food
08:49in a small package that's highly digestible,
08:53the higher calorie bars are absolutely what you should be looking for.
08:57If you're someone who's not as physically active,
08:59but you're looking for a good source of protein,
09:03then you're going to be looking in the realm of the 120 to maybe 150 calories per bar.
09:09If I were on a hike, I would absolutely pack this bar.
09:12I think it's yummy.
09:13Cliff, Builder's Oreo flavor.
09:16It is literally like a Oreo dupe from the outside.
09:19I don't know from a nutrition perspective as a dietitian that I want Oreos to have a healthy low.
09:2620 grams is a, it's a significant amount of protein.
09:29Smells like candy, just like an Oreo cookie.
09:33Look at the stripes.
09:34I am expecting a delicious bite.
09:38Cliff, don't let me down.
09:41This is great.
09:43What does really stand out is the 32% of the daily value in added sugars.
09:47This is for someone who needs that carbohydrate because they're engaged in long duration,
09:53high intensity, physical activity.
09:55This is 31 grams of carbs.
09:57So it's 11% of the daily value, which for many of the protein bars is on the higher end.
10:03For sure, you're physically active if you're eating this bar.
10:06You do get a little bit of calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and you're getting a little
10:12bit of fiber, which I do love.
10:14It's in a delicious package.
10:16It's got that like gorgeous chocolate coated exterior.
10:21It's two toned on the inside.
10:23There's like a little cookie feeling.
10:25I mean, it is designed to be delicious while you're working out.
10:30This one's going to be a little closer to the Luna and the RX bar.
10:35Larabar lemon.
10:36Larabars are something that I often recommend to patients who can tolerate nuts,
10:41because I think that it's a great kind of more whole foods forward bar.
10:46This bar has 10 grams of protein, so it's lower on the protein spectrum.
10:53It's okay.
10:54I don't love it.
10:55The ingredient list, it's all recognizable.
10:59The protein source for this bar is almonds first.
11:02That's a plant-based protein.
11:04That's going to give me some additional vitamins and minerals,
11:07followed by soy protein isolate, followed by roasted peanuts.
11:11That's the crunch.
11:12Then there's unsweetened coconut for the extra crunch in there.
11:16The nutrient profile is pretty good and the flavor is okay.
11:20I'm actually going to put it under the Nature Valley protein bar.
11:26Perfect bar, dark chocolate chip peanut butter.
11:29They're calling out that there's 15 grams of protein and 20 plus super foods in here.
11:34The original refrigerated protein bar.
11:37There are ingredients in here that are better in terms of their shelf stability,
11:42being stored in a refrigerator.
11:44There's like papaya, tomato, apple, alfalfa, celery, kelp,
11:48dulce, carrots, spinach, flaxseed oils.
11:50There's a lot of nutrients in here that actually make this bar pretty extraordinary.
11:58Many people in the U.S. don't meet the recommended intake for fruits and vegetables,
12:02but this bar has quite a few of those loaded in here.
12:08If you're the kind of person that will just like put your tablespoon into a jar of nut butter
12:15and eat it, it tastes like peanut butter.
12:18It kind of has a little bit of a crumble, but then it also melts in your mouth so perfectly.
12:26I think that it is so delicious.
12:29I can taste the chocolate chips.
12:31They're not overpowering.
12:33They're adding like a little hint of cacao and like earthiness.
12:3815 grams of protein, which is 21% of the daily value.
12:4118 grams of total sugar with 12 grams of added sugar.
12:45Honey is number two on the ingredient list.
12:48Honey will make up the bulk of your added sugars.
12:51There's also cane sugar in this ingredient list.
12:53I think it's absolutely okay to have some added sugar throughout the course of the day.
12:59The nutrition facts panel is wonderful, so I'm going to give it like high marks.
13:02I'm just going to give this a little halo because it's so delicious.
13:07No words necessary.
13:08Epic salt and pepper beef bar.
13:11This bar is just straight up beef.
13:13There's some onion powder, garlic powder, a little sea salt, black pepper,
13:17and then some cultured celery powder.
13:19But this is just beef.
13:21Whoa, that's strong.
13:28This is not a nice look.
13:31It's almost like I opened up a can of beef, like I'm camping.
13:35This is only 10 grams of protein.
13:37I mean, it's a piece of meat.
13:39This one has 550 milligrams of sodium, which is 24% of the daily value.
13:45When I hike, I do want the sodium because I have been sweating,
13:49and beef is very nutrient dense.
13:51I have to acknowledge that.
13:53In terms of taste, if you're a meat eater, it's okay.
13:58If I think about camping, which is what I'm going to use this for, I'm all in.
14:02But if it's Wednesday, no, I don't want it.
14:05That's a tent.
14:05Kind Protein Max Sweet and Salty Caramel Peanut Crisp.
14:10I know Kind Bar, but I do not know them in the Protein Max space.
14:16This is new to me.
14:17The front says that there's some kind of caramel coating.
14:19That's absolutely clear.
14:21In the back of it, I can see the coating.
14:25You're getting that creamy, nutty flavor, but then it's a little bit crunchy.
14:30It's sweet, but it's not overpowering.
14:33I feel like Kind is so good at finding that moderate sweetness,
14:38so that you actually want to make it through the whole bar.
14:41Now, the question is, what does the Nutrition Facts panel say?
14:44This is 20 grams of protein, and that's definitely coming
14:47from the combination of the peanuts and the soy protein isolate.
14:50So it is a meaningful source of protein.
14:53There are no sugar alcohols, zero grams of added sugar.
14:57Totally on the go, middle of the road.
14:59It's not extraordinary.
15:00It's not bad.
15:01We started with like bars that were like candy bars.
15:04Maybe this is closer to what a protein bar should taste like,
15:07where it's not super sweet, not very offensive,
15:10and it just kind of does what it says it's going to do.
15:13Fit Crunch Chocolate Peanut Butter.
15:15Definitely looks like a candy bar.
15:18It's also gigantic.
15:20It's 380 calories, but it's huge.
15:25I mean, this is the biggest bar that I have tasted to date.
15:29This is a high protein baked bar, 30 grams of protein.
15:34That's a lot of protein.
15:37It's totally a candy bar.
15:39It's baked inside, so you've got different textures happening.
15:42You've got the chocolate coating, a little bit of a crumble, and then soft bake.
15:47It says six grams of sugar, five grams of added sugar, and it's gluten-free.
15:52I see some whey protein isolate and then whey protein concentrate.
15:56That's why you're getting to 30 grams of protein.
15:58It's going to be bioavailable, easy for your body to absorb.
16:01These bars are marketed as being protein forward.
16:04What they don't have is a wide variety of nutrients.
16:08Your fat-soluble vitamins and your water-soluble vitamins.
16:12Even like the calcium and the potassium and the iron are very low.
16:16For someone who's looking for a candy bar-esque flavored protein bar,
16:21this is like 100% going to fit the bill for you.
16:25I wouldn't think of it in my mind as being something that is super nutritious.
16:29I have an aftertaste that I personally can taste with this Fit Crunch, so I don't love it.
16:36I would definitely put it on the less tasty and not as nutritious.
16:42It's giving you protein, but you're not going to get a lot of other vitamins and minerals.
16:46IQ bar, salted chocolate, says brain nutrients.
16:49As a dietitian, I'm thinking either there's some type of functional mushroom in this bar,
16:54or there's something particular that's been studied around brain health.
16:59Lo and behold, there's magnesium, vitamin E, medium chain triglycerides,
17:04flavonoids, and lion's mane adaptogens.
17:07So that's a mushroom.
17:08These are the ingredients that they're saying are great for your brain.
17:13It is not delicious.
17:15It is very dry.
17:17Reminiscent for me of functional products that have mushrooms in them.
17:22The first ingredient is almond, and then it's followed by a protein blend.
17:26The crisps are pea protein and tapioca starch and more pea protein.
17:30So this is a plant forward protein.
17:33And then we're seeing a prebiotic blend.
17:36So there's tapioca fiber and vegetable fiber.
17:38That's a very kind of dry, dark, earthy flavor.
17:42And then we see unsweetened chocolate.
17:44Again, this is a very dry bar.
17:47There's 12 grams of protein.
17:48I know that that's coming from that almond and then the protein blend.
17:52There are zero grams of added sugar.
17:55And that's really coming from the stevia plant.
17:58So that is a natural, non-nutritive sweetener.
18:02And that's what the aftertaste is.
18:04This would be great for people who are thinking about blood sugar balance.
18:07Anybody who is conscious around their cholesterol levels,
18:13because paying attention to your added sugar intake can have an impact on your blood lipid levels.
18:18This is not yummy.
18:20There's no one ingredient that is going to magically transform your brain health.
18:25High function, low taste.
18:29Aloha Organic Peanut Butter Cup.
18:31You've got this like orange wrapping that doesn't look so beautiful to me.
18:36There's like a peanut butter cup, but then there's a plant.
18:40Friends, there's no peanut butter cup in here.
18:43You've got that nice kind of like peanut butter cup interior.
18:47This is a vegan bar.
18:49So there's peanuts, tapioca fiber.
18:51There's a protein blend, brown rice protein, pumpkin seed protein,
18:55which I really like actually with the whey protein shortage that's happening.
19:00I think a lot of manufacturers are going to have to lean on alternative protein sources.
19:05And I love pumpkin seeds as a plant-based protein because
19:10it's so mild in flavor and it blends really nicely.
19:14Then there's dark chocolate, cane sugar.
19:17I personally do not love the flavor of monk fruit.
19:20I feel like it does a lot of lingering after you've eaten whatever the product is.
19:25And I also perceive it to be deeply, intensely sweet, syrupy, heavy, sweet flavor.
19:32And that I do not enjoy so much.
19:34I always love a vegan alternative and I think that there's not so many on the market.
19:39However, I don't love the flavor.
19:42Vegan, that's a flower.
19:43Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
19:46We have re-entered the cookie world.
19:48This is a sticky bar.
19:50Looks like cookie dough.
19:54It's not nice.
19:55Oh no.
19:56The challenge with this bar is that it is intensely sweet.
20:01The ingredient list has to have a sugar alcohol in here.
20:03They can be significantly sweeter than table sugar.
20:09There is erythritol, which is a smaller molecule.
20:13Manufacturers tend to use that because it doesn't cause as much gas
20:17and bloating as something like a xylitol, which is a larger molecule.
20:22And the body has a harder time kind of digesting it.
20:25We consume it.
20:26The taste receptors perceive it as sweet.
20:30Depending on the sugar alcohol, it can be so much sweeter.
20:33I feel like I have just eaten like eight pounds of sugar,
20:37even though I actually haven't.
20:39All I've had is a sugar alcohol.
20:41This bar has one gram of sugar, zero grams of added sugar,
20:46six grams of sugar alcohols, and 21 grams of protein,
20:51which is 42% of the daily value.
20:54The predominant protein source is a protein blend,
20:58a milk protein isolate with a whey protein isolate.
21:01From a nutrition perspective, it's doing what it's saying it's going to do,
21:05but from a taste perspective, this is a no-go for me.
21:08This is bad.
21:09This is really bad.
21:10It's so, it's like sour sweet.
21:12Think, Lemon Delight.
21:14Whoa, look at that coating.
21:16It's got a little ripple on it.
21:20I don't really taste the lemon.
21:23I actually taste more like icing.
21:25Feels more mild.
21:27Even though there's 13 grams of sugar alcohols,
21:31I don't perceive it as this intense sweetness.
21:35Almond butter.
21:36Almonds tend to be energy dense,
21:40meaning that they have higher calories because of the fat.
21:44Almond is a heart healthy fat.
21:46And so you can have something that ends up being calorically high,
21:51but nutrient dense.
21:53This bar has 20 grams of protein.
21:56That's 40% of the daily value.
21:58So that's a pretty meaningful amount.
22:00And it has zero grams of sugar with 13 grams of sugar alcohol.
22:06So that is a non-nutritus sweetener that does not add calories.
22:11And it in theory should not elevate your blood sugars.
22:14From the protein perspective, totally fine.
22:18I'm going to put it right here.
22:20Okay.
22:21Creatures of habit.
22:23Peanut butter banger.
22:24This is giving like inside the CrossFit gym with my bros.
22:31There's so much happening on this label.
22:33See you in health.
22:35And it's got three grams of creatine.
22:37Okay.
22:38Creatine is actually made from three amino acids.
22:41And it's a compound that's made naturally in your kidney,
22:46your liver, and your pancreas.
22:48Your body naturally makes about one to two grams of creatine per day.
22:53And then you replenish anywhere from three grams of creatine per day.
22:58Creatine supports your energy production,
23:01but it also supports the development of your lean body mass.
23:05And so there have been all these studies recently that are looking at consuming creatine
23:10post-workout and improved recovery.
23:14I absolutely think that this is a supplement, not just a protein bar.
23:17It's a little bit like candy bar-esque.
23:20We're getting the stripes again.
23:22Backside, there's some chocolate chip in here.
23:26This is very, very, very dry.
23:30This is like dehydrated peanut butter.
23:33The first ingredient is brown rice protein isolate.
23:36So it's a plant-based protein.
23:38It's not going to have the full amino acid profile.
23:43That's why they're adding it in with another legume, which is the peanut.
23:47When you take a starch and a legume and you put them together, you get a complete protein.
23:53Total sugars, eight grams, includes less than one gram of added sugar.
23:58And the sugar is naturally occurring coming from the date paste.
24:01If you're looking for creatine, 100%, this is a way to supplement with creatine.
24:07I don't think that this bar is very delicious.
24:10You go right above the Aloha bar.
24:12Drink water with this.
24:15Water needed.
24:16Go Macro, oatmeal chocolate chip.
24:18A lot of people that I work with, this is a bar that they go to.
24:23It's readily available.
24:25Light in color, some chocolate chip.
24:27I see some oats.
24:30It's all right.
24:31If it were me, I'd actually take like actual peanut butter,
24:34put it on top of the bar and make a little more delicious.
24:38Organic protein blend.
24:40And that's a combination of sprouted brown rice protein and organic pea protein.
24:45We're taking the rice and we're taking the pea.
24:48So you've got two incomplete proteins, putting them together to make the full amino acid profile
24:54to make a complete protein.
24:55Three grams of fiber.
24:56So you're coming in 11% of the daily value.
24:59Not bad.
25:00And then in terms of your sugar, we've got nine grams of sugar and that is added sugar.
25:05That's your organic brown rice syrup.
25:07That's where most of your sweetness is going to be coming from.
25:09We're getting into the bars that have these really mild flavors.
25:13They're not claiming to be candy bars.
25:15They're much more in like the nutritional protein bar space.
25:19Go Macro is like from a taste perspective, like totally fine.
25:23I think it's really there from a nutrient perspective.
25:27It's not candy.
25:28But you know what?
25:29If you don't like candy, then you're going to think it's great.
25:31New Go chocolate pretzel.
25:33There's some positive affirmations here.
25:36You deserve this.
25:37Or if you've been terrible and that's why you deserve it.
25:41No, you always deserve good things.
25:44Ooh, pretty coating.
25:46Look at that texture.
25:49And there's going to be some pretzel crunchies in here.
25:53We have returned to the realm of the candy bar, my friends.
25:56The chocolate coated exterior has bits of sea salt and pretzel.
26:02And then the interior is a little bit crumbly and baked, but not sticky.
26:08It kind of melts in your mouth very easily.
26:11If you love a candy bar, this is totally going to be right up your alleyway.
26:15But I wouldn't say that this is a healthy choice.
26:21You're not getting a whole bunch of other vitamins and minerals in this bar.
26:26This bar has 12 grams of protein.
26:27That's 24% of your daily value.
26:30And it's coming from soy protein.
26:3214 grams of added sugar, and it's coming from tapioca syrup and agave syrup.
26:38It is definitely closer to being a candy bar than a highly nutritious protein bar.
26:45You have to decide, like, is this how you want to get your 12 grams of protein?
26:49Or is there another way that you want to do it?
26:51Delicious, but the added sugar is what gets me.
26:54Builders added fiber to the bar.
26:56And so that's why I gave it a little bit more of a favorable nutrition score.
27:02This one is really strongly in the candy realm.
27:06I have tasted 19 protein bars today.
27:09Some of the bars were so delicious and surprising, and some of them were really not palatable.
27:14The bar that checks the taste and nutritional box the most is the perfect bar.
27:20The flavor and the texture was just so great.
27:25It was like cookie dough.
27:26It melted in my mouth and it wasn't too sweet.
27:29And then it has all of these great nutrients from some plants in there.
27:34It's my least favorite bar.
27:35The Quest bar was so, so sweet.
27:38It was absolutely the sweetest bar that I tasted.
27:40It had a sugar alcohol in it.
27:42And my perception was that it was like a thousand times sweeter than table sugar.
27:49The bar that surprised me the most, there's so much hype around the David Bar.
27:53I was really surprised because the nutrient profile is not horrible,
27:59but yeah, it does taste like a pretty darn good chocolate bar.
28:04The bars with the simplest ingredients are the Epic Beef Bar and the RX Bar.
28:10The Epic Beef Bar, I mean, it's just beef with a little bit of salt and some seasonings.
28:16Coming in super close second is the RX Bar, egg whites, almonds, cashews, and dates.
28:22That's what it is.
28:23That's what you get.
