00:41And of course, we've added my family name here. For people wondering, my mom. You've got to pay homage to

00:48specifically at your crib. There she is, Gloria. Now we're going to take you to the most epic part for
00:53this entire place, the kitchen.
00:58And of course, the most important part, respect the fridge. Respect the walk-ins.
01:04And so of course, we prep. Here we have our fried chicken. At the bottom, we have our wings here.
01:11All of our sauces for the entire week. These get made daily by our chef team.
