01:00It's nice whenever you're done to say, okay, I won this tournament, I've been number one, it's amazing, but right
01:08now it's great.
01:09You never know how long you're going to stay, it's still, you know, many things, and I want to win
01:17the titles still in the tournament, so all my thoughts are just for the next match.
01:21Can you talk about what your dreams were when you were a kid? I mean, was number one something you
01:27ever thought about when you were a child?
01:29No, when I was a kid, I never thought that I'm going to be professional or I'm going to be
01:35even playing on these kind of tournaments on the biggest stages.
01:40And my choice of staying professional was at 17 years old, and this is where I believed that I can
01:50do well.
01:51Of course, I didn't know how far I can come, but yeah, as a kid, I was just enjoying playing
01:57tennis after school, hanging out with friends, and it was just for fun.
02:05Considering what you were just saying about yourself, as far as number one is concerned, that you'd appreciate it probably
02:12more after your career ends, but what do you think something like this would do in Kazakhstan, and how it
02:20would be received over there?
02:21It's never happened before.
02:23Yeah, it's a history, and I'm very proud representing Kazakhstan, and every time I come back to Kazakhstan, no matter
02:33which city I go, it's always so many kids, and now they play tennis, and more and more coming to
02:40the tennis facilities, and it's just amazing how many young people are looking up to you,
02:47and it just proves that everything is possible, if you believe, if you work hard, and it's tough for me
02:55to say right now, because I didn't even check the phone, but of course, a lot of people are congratulating,
03:00and well, I'm not in Kazakhstan right now, but when I go there, I definitely want to give appreciations, and
03:12yeah, it feels amazing going back to Kazakhstan.
03:16Unfortunately, not that often I can go, but I think it's an amazing achievement for the country, definitely.
